Officer Meeting 11/25

Hey guys I won't be able to make it tonight due to having a Thanksgiving Dinner with my friends! I thought I would list everything I wanted to bring up at the meeting here, you can use this as an organization spot for notes or anything you want to bring up ahead of time.



As we grow we are getting more and more people in different time zones, some of which run opposite to ours. I think it would be a good idea to start talking about having a small story happen every so often for our guild mates at those times, possibly branching off in ways to the main story. However to do this we would need:

• Late night RP officer - preferably able to coordinate during the ACST time zones prime time
• Test Runs to see how it goes
• Interested Members (Take a poll and ask during their prime time)

Nothing too new here, checking up on the websites, and bumping them (thanks for the help with that on the eso official forums thread herfi!) If anyone that frequents those forums would like to jump in and bump it with a story, or their experience in BSR it would be great!

Cross guild RP seems to be going well with Kin of the Shadow Phoenix. Their guildmaster, Tal'Raja, has welcomed us to the arena where they roleplay, a great spot for combatants that want to show off their skills.

RP thing sounds like a good idea. Just let me know and I can write some.

That does remind me, the "About us" section on the in game homepage, has the old event times, and it looks like the polls are pushing just barely towards 9pm again. The race is so close x.x wish it was more one sided haha

- Scribe department needing officers
- RP department needing active officers that can and are willing to take leadership on events, also that are willing and interested in coming up with the guildstory along elsy, and not let her do all the work by herself.
- monday's event post ponned. we gonna do it tomorrow? or should we make in on friday? (wednesday: elsy cant make it at all. friday: it will delay the current guildstory arch to be finished on monday)
- newsletter now on sundays
- new senior officer and new officer in the roster department
- more communication needed from the departments. Maybe all the senior officers could post a thread with what has been happening on their departments that week, like the diplomacy hub, only it would be used weekly to post the updates on said department.
- New tabards

Just sent you some materials for Krimie's prize, we need more Shadowhide Scraps, and Raw Void Bloom though! (unrefined vet 9-14 light and medium armor material)

What was it she wanted as a prize?

Unrefined Raw Void Bloom and ShadowHide Scraps (the unrefined light and medium materials at top tier) which is suppose to be harvested for a duration of 2 hours, I did for about 30min?

Then Kuta, which I already provided to Gata plus Rekuta

The 2 hour duration since has been taken off as a prize for further prize bank rewards, due to inconsistency in gathering

some people being able to harvest faster/slower then others, and being lucky/unlucky

Like I said, I wont be able to make the meeting tonight due to dinner plans with friends, who are actually on their way over right now, just let me know if I need to do some material hunting tomorrow or if anything else happens!

If we want to do gathered materials I would say do them by a set number of that particular material, rather then a time. Like a stack of iron or rather then, 2 hours of gathering iron ore. It's more consistent.

However then we would have to come up with exactly "how much" of a material is a good prize.

Enchanting would need its own bracket, because its impossible to know what you are getting when gathering for enchanting, along with some of the materials far surpassing others in value.

Alchemy as well, since each ingredient is valued differently as well as have different rarities, if we offer a full stack of any alchemy reagent, people will ask for Columbine every single time hahaha. Possible solution being to offer only what we have in a prize bank, and keep a list of prizes currently in store.

So these are things we would need to think out. Are we still using the IC guild bank solely for prizes?

Sort of in connection to the mentioning of the IC guild bank, I would like us to abandon the In Character guild as it is well frankly dead and I am the only able to access the guild bank. To be able to sort things out more and put a secondary guild bank to better use I would like for us to create another guild ( We can even do another guild with the same concept as having the guild chat in character ) to be able to have a Guild bank that all officers can put rewards and so in and the ones who would gift them out could do so. This guild could serve any other function we want it too, I would just need it for the Guild Bank to properly use it and have things organized. The change we can announce to all guild members of IC and then start removing them (I can remove everyone cept fellow officers in that guild). We could also send mails to all those that are still active in that guild and tell them that we decided to let it die off completely. We talked about reviving it but I see no progress and slowly more people are leaving. This is something I feel we need to do as the IC guild atm serves almost no purpose, only me using the guild bank sometimes for rewards and such.

Dunno what you guys decided on about Ice Eye's idea during the meeting, but it sounds like a good idea to me

It was decided to send in a ticket to see if they would promote me to guild-master in the In Character guild, however if they can't do that or there is no response in a week I will be moving forward with the plan of action pretty much. I sent a ticket during the meeting and am waiting on a reply.
