This is the main thread for the RP department. This will be the main way of communication with my officers.

If you are not an RP officer and wish to be, message me! If you are an RP officer and have a question, need some help, or need to let me or the other officers know something, post it here. I will be posting weekly to-do lists and reports here, as well as what I'm expecting from everyone.

Of course, as an officer it's your job to keep me in check as well. If I post something you disagree with, go ahead and let me know. Not everything I say is set in stone. Comments, criticisms, suggestions, and ideas only lead to better things!

..:: RP Officer Expectations ::..

I am currently still thinking and writing the expectations as well as receiving feedback from other senior officers, officers, and the guildmaster on what exactly the expectations should include. These are the things I expect from the officers. If you disagree with these or have trouble understanding what I mean, please let me know. If for any reason you cannot meet some expectations, please let me know.

Not in Game

Check the forums at least once every other day just to see what is happening.
Volunteer and help with tasks as they arise.
Suggest ideas for events and stories, as well as give me feedback as I write the guild story.
Though not mandatory, I strongly encourage developing and RPing your own side stories or collaboratively written stories as long as they do not conflict with any main stories.

In Game

Attend and help with an RP event at least once a week. Let me know if you can't be there any given week.
Be helpful and respectful to all members and willing to drop what you are doing to lend a hand.
Conduct casual RP whenever you're not busy in game.
Let the guild know via guild chat when and where RP or an RP event is happening for our guild.

..:: Current Story and Schedule ::..

Current Story: Skeletons in the Closet
Recently, on a trip to an Ayleid ruin, Gata had a mummy brought back to Sren'ja for study. The mummy now sits in the secret back room in the Mages' Institution of the Arcane within Sren'ja... along with the other bodies there for study. Now it seems the bodies are becoming reanimated and walking around the town. It is up to the town to figure out why these skeletons are suddenly awake, and put a stop to whatever may be giving them life.

Things Needed:

SKELETONS using Gemstone of Skeletal Visage

Schedule:
No events will take place the 22nd & 26th due to the holiday.

Schedule contains story spoilers.

Friday Dec 12: Mummy/skeleton rises and becomes sentient. It walks into the Clanmother's. The skeleton steals someone's weapon and run off with it, making a few people chase after it before it drops and loses sentience. The town will begin to investigate.

Monday Dec 15: More skeletons appear as the town is gathered in the Sren'ja Mages house researching and trying to find a cause to the skeletons' sentience. They decide to revisit the dungeon they took the mummy from to look for more clues. They visit the dungeon but it does not prove useful. This means the source of power can only be coming from Sren'ja. They return, still not knowing why the skeletons are alive.

Friday Dec 19: The skeletons finally lead the town back to Tilano (who has set up a form of base somewhere in or near Sren’ja). He taunts them and toys with them as he does usually.

Dec 22 & 26: I want to leave open given the holiday and most will probably not be online. During this time Tilano will be non-maliciously antagonizing the town. We will be having a Secret Gift Giving event for the Holidays! More to come.

Monday Dec 29: Tilano acts out, growing tired of the town. He sends the town on a quest if they want him to leave and return things to normal.

Friday Jan 2: Once the quest is completed, Tilano returns things to they way they were, then leaves. Or at least promises not to bother them for now…

December 14th – December 20th

Write and finalize next few guild events with Hunts (will be taken care of by me).
Write/create event thread for "Secret Santa" event (will be taken care of by me).
Rewrite RP 101 guildlines & rules in Centerstage or Backstage officer only forums to be approved by other officers.
