The Officer's Meeting started at approximately 10:00 P.M. EST on 11/25/14. Present for all or part of the meeting was A. Gata, BloodSniper XI, Ice-Eye, Bhidul, Elsy Nightwind, Daiuin, Herfi, Ro'John and Goldenboywva.

The following 13 topics were discussed as follows:

1. ROLE PLAY FROM DIFFERENT TIME ZONES. As the number of guild members have increased, some are so far from the main stream time zone it is difficult for them to role play with the majority of members. There was 2 schools of thought proposed, first, not to be concerned about time zones and the second being a proposal that a new Role Play officer form the time zone in question be appointed to supervise role play and to report to the Senior Role Play Officer so the story lines have a consistency. It was decided that all members discuss this further and if a member from the time zone in question steps up and is willing to take on the responsibility, he/she should contact the GuildMaster.

2. INACTIVITY OF GUILD OFFICERS. Concerns were voiced that not all Guild Officers are on-line enough, either in game play and/or on the Blue Skooma Website. It was proposed that certain activity requirements be established for all Officers. Further discussed was the definition of "being active". Should activity be based on amount of time an Officer is on-line or the number of events each Officer participates in. It was unanimously agreed that if any member should report an Officer's unreasonable absence to the GuildMaster. Approval for Rules of Officer Activity was deferred in order to let Officers consider and suggest what rules will be adopted.

Senior Officers will make a brief report to the GuildMaster on Mondays of each week as to events taking place in their Departments. Between Officer's Meetings, the GuildMaster will inform a Senior Officer of any action taken by the GuildMaster which affects his/her Departments.

3. CROSS GUILD ROLE PLAYING. The general rule is that no Blue Skooma member may advertise or discuss in Guild Chat events held by another Guild. However, Blue Skooma has started to be involved in cross (joint) guild events with other Guilds. It was agreed that any Role Play Officer may approve advertisements or Guild Chats of any cross (joint) Guild events involving members of Blue Skooma and other Guilds. However, the rule that no Blue Skooma member advertise or discuss in Guild Chat any event that conflicts with the date and time of a Blue Skooma event remains in full force and affect.

4. ESTABLISHMENT OF A BLUE SKOOMA PRIZE BANK. Many members have been discussing new events for all Blue Skooma members to participate in. Prizes for these events have been proposed. The problem is where to store the prizes. The Guild Bank was not designed for such storage and the slots in the Guild Bank are needed for all members to use. Officers were assigned to investigate using an a Bank that already exist or opening a new Bank. Thus, this matter was deferred until the next Officer's meeting.

5. WHAT WOULD PRIZES CONSIST OF? Many items and member support offers have been discussed. It was determined that until a location to store prizes is established, it is not necessary to determine what the prizes will be. This discussion was deferred. However, if any member wants to make suggestions feel free to do so.

6. MEMBER OF THE WEEK. The Honorable Lady Hime is the new member of the week. It was discussed whether the Member of the Week should be abolished and whether Member of the Week should be elected by a membership vote but no motion was offered and the issue died after discussion.

7. EVENT TIME POLL. A poll has been running on the Website as to whether events should be held at 9:00 P.M. or 10:00P.M. EST. Because this meeting was held before said poll closed, no decision or poll results could be decided.

8. SCRIBE DEPARTMENT. As is evident from these minutes, the Scribe Department is in need of a new Guild Scribe Officer. By directive from the GuildMaster, any member who wishes to apply for the job should do so. You may also contact the GuildMaster for more information. Anyone wishing to apply as a Role Play Officer should also do so.

9. GENERAL DISCUSSION OF FURTURE ROLE PLAYING EVENTS. The GuildMaster raised the issues of the ClanMother's condition and Ri'Sari's comma. During discussion several role playing ideas/stories were discuss to bring
a close to these 2 lingering ailments. The Role Playing Department and the GuildMaster will work to conclude this in so much as failure to do so is slowing down other role playing events.

10. RESCHEDULED EVENT. The roll playing event which was set for November 17th, 2014, will be rescheduled. However, due to the Thanks Giving Holiday and a lot of members being out of town, no decision has been made of the rescheduling date.

11. TABOR DESIGN. The GuildMaster will present new Tabor designs for discussion and ultimately website poll vote. Any member wishing to propose a design should do so via the GuildMaster.

12. SCREEN SHOT WINNER. The Honorable Ro'John is the winner of the Screen Shot Contest ending November 25th, 2014.

13. CAPTION CONTEST WINNER. The Honorable Ice-Eye is the Caption Contest winner ending on November 25th, 2014.
