Here is a list of guilds that we have a diplomatic relationship with. The guilds listed are considered "friend" guilds and any officer is allowed to invite members to join in on those guild events, as long as those events don't coincide with Blue Skooma events and also as long as the "Friend" guild in question has opened their event to us.
No matter the degree of friendship we have with the guild, no recruiting is allowed in any of the BSR channels (guild chat/officer chat/TS3/Forums/etc).
