During my free time on game I looked at the oblivion map to see the daedric symbols on it and decoded it, it says:
The empire of tamriel encompasses the nine imperial provinces, skyrim, high rock, hammerfell, Summerset isles , valenwood, elsweyr, black marsh, Morrowind , and the ancient imperial province cyrodiil.
I would like to start a discussion of what people think why it's there and the purpose of it
My answer is that maybe it's leading to something coming later in the game or it's talking about tamriel in general.
