Officer Awards.

Ok, so how will we do it?
Should officers nominate people in the backstage and then we decide at the meeting, or we have them nominate people in the officer meeting and vote it through out the week?

I'd say we open it up to members also being able to nominate. Make a thread and have nominations for the week. Then anyone in the weekly officer meeting on Tuesdays can vote?

Will that be ok with every officer? I remember someone said it could be demotivating if it became like a "popularity contest" since the members not always see the work of officers like the roster dept or commerce, for ex.
