Keeping the Dominion Happy

Nelacar Darkholme has received permission to visit S'renja and track down the known Vampires and Werewolves to catalog the names for Dominion records of this "experiment". He will gather them in an building to write down names, however not all of them will leave. Nelacar has his own motives of vengeance against the vampires and werewolves, and is using the mask of the Dominion to hide them. Citizens of S'renja will start to notice members of their society going in, but not returning. When they start to question Nelacar, he rushes out of town with a hostage. This is when members of S'renja launch a search, to gather clues of where Nelacar ran off to, and save the hostage.

The inspection begins, the law is laid out to the citizens. Nelacar starts asking civilians who the known werewolves and vampires are. First group of detainees enter the building with Nelacar.

A second group of detainees is taken, however one or two members of the first group never returned. The townsfolk begin to question their whereabouts. Knowing he is found out, Nelacar runs off and the citizens search his temporary office, findings clues as to where he went. They start to prepare for a rescue.

The preparations for the rescue are complete and the group sets off. The captives are found left alone in a cave, with no sight of Nelacar.

At this time the citizens decide whether they want to check the spot, or leave Nelacar alone. They will search the spot mentioned in the note if they choose, where they will find him there staring off into the lake. He will tell his story, and the party may choose whatever they want to do with him.
