On Tuesday, December 9th, 2014, at approximately 9:00 P.M. EST an Officer's Meeting was conducted for the Blue Skooma Roleplaying Guild. Present was A Gata, Ice-Eye, Bhidul, Elsynia, Ro'John, BloodSniper XI, and Goldenboywva. Attending late was Daiuin.

1. QUORUM. It was discussed that Blue Skooma had no rules regarding a quorum of Officers necessary to conduct business. The opinion was this is a game. Officers should be present provided real life activities to do interfere. It is important to note we are discussing a regular weekly Officer's meeting, always held on Tuesdays at 9:00 P.M. EST. All Members are welcome to set in. Motion was made and passed that Blue Skooma would not require a quorum to conduct regular weekly Officer's Meetings.

2. STORY LINE. Coming up, the Role Playing Department is in need of Skeletons. It is hopeful that enough role playing Members have the skeleton gemstone (that turns your Character into a skeleton). The skeleton gemstone may be obtained via the Ebonheart Stillerise Village Quest, located in Shadowfen, which is the northernmost region of Black Marsh. If you have (or get) a skeleton gemstone please contact the Role Playing Department.

Back in S'ren-ja, a storm is brewing. The Aldmeri Dominion is here to stay and they want to take a census in and around S'ren-ja. Not only a general census but the full identification and documentation of all Vampires. The Vampires object; people come up missing; some Vampires run/hide and there is tension so thick you can cut it with a knife.

Blue Skooma IS STILL IN NEED OF MORE ROLEPLAY OFFICERS. Have a story that needs to be produced? Contact the Role Play Department.

3. INVITATIONS TO ROLE PLAY. Note: This is not a discussion on cross role play with another Guild nor does this discussion change any rules about advertising other Guild's activities. Identification of Guilds that are friendly to Blue Skooma are listed under Forum - Guild Friends.

The Honorable Ro'John (aka the Nice Guy), raised a fact situation where he is a member of PS4 Guild. Because there is no ESO for the PS4 platform, Ro'John would like to invite Members of this other Guild to role play. It is agreed that any Member of Blue Skooma has the privilege to invite anyone to role play with Blue Skooma. No permission is necessary. Introduce your friend to other Blue Skooma Members. Encourage them to make an application and write a character sheet.

4. ROSTER DEPARTMENT. The Senior Officer, BloodSniper XI, has completed behind the scenes paperwork in an effort to standardize department procedures for posting character sheets, enroll new trial members, and promote Members. Blue Skooma makes use of the Enjin Community Website. To keep the Roster updated, a Roster Officer must learn the Enjin applications just like people learn to use Word or Excel. Therefore, BloodSniper XI is creating an outline on how to use Enjin Applications to aid in the training of new Roster Department Officers.

5. COMMERCE DEPARTMENT. The Honorable Ice-Eye reports the new Blue Skooma Officer's Bank is up and ready for deposits. This Officer's Bank will be used to store contest prizes. What the prizes will be discusses at the next Officer's Meeting.

6. BLUE SKOOMA GUILD TABARDS. The new tabard has been selected by popular Member vote. The existing rule is that only Guards ware the Blue Skooma Tabard. Motion was made and passed that outside the City of S'ren-ja, any Member may ware the Blue Skooma Tabards. Within the City of S'ren-ja and during role play, only the Guards may ware the Tabards.

7. MEMBER OF THE WEEK. The new Member of the Week is @shroundedOne, game name Do'Nanir. NOTE: Discussion was had and Motion made that any and all nominations will be posted under Forum - Event & Contests, by each Tuesday at noon EST. The GuildMaster will gather and present all nominations for the Officers' consideration and vote during the general Officer's Meeting that night. Any Member, including Officers may be nominated.

8. SCREEN SHOT. The Honorable Elsynia won the Screen Shot Contest. NOTE; Next week's theme will be, "best deer picture".

9. CAPTION CONTEST. The Honorable Sanddeep Kumar (@Persefani) is the new Caption Contest winner.

10. OFFICER OF THE WEEK. The idea of having an Officer of the Week contest has been discussed for several weeks now. A vote was called for and it was unanimously voted there will not be an Officer of the Week contest.

THERE BEING NO FURTHER BUSINESS BEFORE THE OFFICERS, MOTION WAS AND PASSED TO CLOSE THE MEETING.

END.
