Flair: Wears a red flower ornament on the left side of her head, as her people believe the color red brings good luck.

Personality: Vishali can come off as naive as her knowledge of the inhabitants of Tamriel are false and exaggerated. Due to her upbringing, she has a noble personality with a sense of justice. She is very cautious around those she does not know, especially Tamrielic people. Because of her lack of knowledge of Tamrielic people, she easily gets nervous, scared, and uneasy until she is assured they will be of no harm but that is difficult considering the false stories she was raised with. As she was raised to be a priestess, she holds life dear and does not tolerate desecration of the dead, especially necromancy. Any creatures deemed evil; such as Daedra; will not be allowed to live and must be extinguished.

Background: Vishali was born to a family of Akaviri priests that worship Akatosh, known in Akavir as the father of dragons as they originally came from that continent. Her people are Akaviri men that are enslaved by the Tsaesci, contrary to rumors in Tamriel that all Tsaesci are snake-people and there were no men. Priests in Akavir were different from Tamriel's priests in the sense that they are warriors that fight to defend their god. Vishali's family were trained in combat to not only protect their temple, but to prepare for invasions onto Tamriel as well. Vishali was also trained in the healing arts so that she could heal herself and others within combat in order to fight as long as was needed.

Vishali lived a humble and mostly peaceful life and was brought up on false stories of how vicious and evil the beings of Tamriel were and why they were to be conquered. As told to her, the Khajiiti were apparently vicious feral beasts, the Altmeri corrupt power-hungry lords that could not be trusted, the Bosmeri savage and murderous cannibals, and men were uncultured, selfish murderers and bandits seeking nothing but their own gain to name a few.

At the age of 18 she was deemed old enough to become a battle maiden, a role in the battlefield whose purpose was to heal the injured. During that time her indoctrination about Tamriel and her combat self-defense training became more intense. It wasn't until 3 years later she was assigned to a small scouting group to Tamriel to spy and collect information for possible future invasions. Once they landed on Auridon, it was the first time Vishali set foot on Tamriel and saw its sights for herself. It wasn't as impressive as Akavir's terrain in her opinion, but it only piqued her curiosity more. The stories she was raised with the land of Tamriel being dangerous and perilous contradicted what she saw. She questioned the nature of the Tamrielic people she was raised to believe they were evil, met with replies that they were hiding their true nature. Eventually Vishali's group planned to head back to their homeland once they were done investigating, but she volunteered to remain behind in an attempt to perhaps gather more information regarding the land of Tamriel in preparation for future invasions. Reluctantly, they allowed her to stay after her insistence and seeing her resolve, giving her many warnings about Tamriel and their people before departing.

She then spent most of her time wandering around Tamriel, taking note of everything and being very cautious, hiding her true race from everyone. She is cautious of everyone due to the stories she grew up hearing, but is curious as everyone is acting quite differently from what her parents and elders told her. She continues to wander around the land, not knowing how to return back to her homeland. She swore she would return one day, after gathering enough information to take back with her.
