Flair: Face tribal clan tattoo, shoulder length black hair, black eyes, skilled hunter/worrior, great experienced in warfare.
Background: There’s little known of this person named Tygren, but from what we can find his from an area that is a sea of endless green, a maze of foliage with half-hidden cities growing like blooms from a flower, the home of Tygren is Tamriel’s garden. Valenwood is the great forest in the south-west corner of Tamriel. Its crystal blue rivers, fertile soil, blooming gardens, and rolling hills are something you’d only dream of. Like every civilization before them, Tygren has been shaped by his homeland. Even for an Elven he has a light frame but strong upper body. His medium figure and keen eyes has fashioned him into a hunter of unmatched superiority. Tygren was born with a bow in his hand, and everyday afterward he must stalk the lands and kill his prey if he wished to survive. But to this lone wolf it does not matter, marksmanship runs deep in the blood of every Wood Elf.
Due to his religion and culture he dose not rely on wood for his bow. Rather he fashion his weapons from the bones of dead animals. His skills with a bow & special connection w/ the forests has tailored him into the guardian of nature that he is today. Tygren is strict carnivores under the Meat Mandate. Without the ability to use wood to build his structures, or fruit to fill his stomach, this wood elve hunter is one who waste no part of the animal. And he exclusively trade in furs. Although the other Provinces have gladly benefitted from his trade the Green Pact has driven their way, there is a darker side to the Pact that has the other races looking at him with disgust. As a part of the Meat Mandate, This Bosmer is not allowed to waste any source of meat. ANY source of meat at all!! An enemy that falls on the battlefield must be eaten by Tygren. Within three days time this warrior must consume his fallen foe, or risk breaking the Pact. Needless to say, the other races of Tamriel see this cannibalism as unseemly, and downright disgusting. However people have said if confrontation is inevitable Tygren will forgo a long starvation period before the day of the battle. Rejecting the formalities of the civilized world, Tygren discarded lavish living for a life in the wilderness, among nature, the trees, and animals.
