Rumors: It's not a terribly well kept secret that Mnidhexa has been trying to have a child, but can't--and is quite depressed about the matter. You may have heard the rumors of her caring for her summonings as her own children, and you would be right.
Any wood elves following the green pact would be rather disappointed in her--she tries her best to uphold the rules, but just can't resist the allure of cake and wine.
Background: Mnidhexa grew up in Grahtwood in a comfortable, quiet home. Her father was a chef, her mother a scholar--hardly an exciting life. Mnidhexa joined the mages' guild at a young age to quench her thirst for adventure.
While coming of age, Mnidhexa was a known heart breaker. She dated men and mer alike; admiring strength, skill, wit... but none lasted more than a few years--too much commitment here, too little there, different life paths... whatever the reason, the elf could never find the right man despite being very interested in romance. But these things happen, no?
Just a few years ago, though, it was Mnidhexa's turn to have -her- heart broken. She met the love of her life. A cleric of Stendarr. Strong, compassionate--he was everything she could hope for in a partner. The two married, went on their own adventures for a while, but eventually the couple began to dream of settling down. Her entire life's passion shifting from raiding dungeons to teaching children; from stealing artifacts to showing them in museums. Starting a family. She had everything going for her. Finally in a somewhat stable relationship, tenure in the guild, even started taking up cooking and sewing...
Months went by. Nothing. The couple prayed to the divines for a child night and day. Still nothing. Speaking to a priestess of Mara confirmed her worst fears... Mnidhexa was sterile.
The relationship didn't end right then and there, but it was certainly the beginning of the end. Perhaps they could have adopted, but her husband wasn't too thrilled about the idea. Arguments led to distance. Distance led to cheating. Cheating led to divorce. With the draft going on, her ex-husband fled. Somewhere in Skyrim, as far as Mnidhexa knows, to be with the Nordic mistress. Another broken heart.
The events left her bitter and spiteful. She took up Daedra worship. She avoids the war. She returned to her life of adventuring--seeing as it was all she knew before meeting him. However, the desire to cook meals, sew clothing, and give the occasional motherly scolding never left her psyche. She still would like to settle down, but it will take time and finding the right person before she can even consider starting a family again.
