Good evening,
In light of key people missing formal events in recent weeks, we are holding an impromptu, officer-only meeting at 1PM EST on 1/3/15 in the TS Officer Chat.
In this meeting, we will formulate a back-up plan for tonight's auction, as we have consistently lost money at the last two auctions.
We will discuss how to better handle events in the absence of key people, as we have had to move to back-up plans for three RP events and two auctions in recent weeks.
We will also discuss protocol for postponing events and re-examine officer activity.
