Department Check-Ins:
Roster Department:
- 6 new members have joined, 2 have submitted character sheets.
- BloodSniperXI needs another officer to assist him.
- Attendance for Monday's event was better. 7 non-officers had attended.
Commerce Department:
- Auction profits this week was 13k.
- For the raffle, all of the money was given back to the people that entered.
- We lost our Guild Trader this week, so Ice is considering bidding again next week or seeking out other potential traders. Azarati in Wayrest is a possibility to bid on for 50k.
- More officers in the Commerce department are needed, as Daiuin and Ice are left with auction and raffle preparations by themselves.
Diplomacy Department:
- Elridge has been working on updating old advertisements. The new Diplomacy Hub can be found here: http://www.blueskooma.com/forum/m/22417574/viewthread/16905679-diplomacy-department-central-hub-under-construction
- Elridge will update our page on TESO-RP, Elsy will update ours on Facebook, and yours truly will update on Reddit.
Roleplay Department:
- Guild story with Tilano is progressing as intended. It will conclude this Friday followed by a celebration.
- Elsy is already working on the next guild story implementing Ro'John, Elridge, and Ice-Eye's ideas. We will work on refining the story in preparation.
Other discussion:
- Elsy has become our new Guild Master! Congratulations to her!
- Discussion was held about participation requirements. We are at an impasse on what to do regarding enforcing it, so it will be continued another time.
- We will be running a poll on new RP locations we can move to on the front page.
