Sorry I'm getting these up so late.
We tried holding the meeting in the officer chat in game, and I thought it worked out pretty well. What do you guys think?
Check Ins
-Roster: More members are coming in, steady stream of new members, new roster officer (congrats @majorfeels)
-Commerce: Doing well, @Frestion is our new auctioneer (woo), no luck w/guild store but trying for Marbruk this week
-RP: There is more event attendance, more causal RP, working on finalizing current story, we'll be moving locations a week from this Monday most likely
New RP Guides
-Everyone said it looks good, I've already made edits as suggested, everything has been moved to the Rules & Guidelines portion of the forums
Auction
-Will be making a thread on how to format chat during auctions, we have decided to return any items mailed in that are bad quality (i.e. a single potato)
Chat Appropriateness Regarding Sexual Topics
-OOC: As long as there are no graphic descriptions, malicious intentions offensive towards persons or groups, and no one has asked conversation to stop, it is fine
-IC: No removal of clothing, anything past that is to be kept in private chats with consent of all parties
Chat Arguments
-Get it out of guild chat asap
-If all parties agree, bring them into group chat and mediate/facilitate calm, respectful discussion and offer some solutions
-Otherwise, they will receive a warning, see next section for the new system in place
3 Strike System
-Added a new rank called The Dungeon, which is essentially time out, with no perks or abilities to talk in guild chat
-Any first offenses in chat appropriateness or chat arguments will result in a warning, second offenses the person must talk to an officer or myself directly, third offenses will be demoted to The Dungeon or kicked if severe enough
