Meeting start: 21:00
1. Journey to Vulkwasten: We’ll be making our journey to Vulkwasten on Monday, receiving support from SCC as we make our move, and possibly spending the night in Baandari.
2. AD RP guilds meet up, more regular meetings, host a talk between GMs in our TS3.
3. Ice-Eye to step down as a SO, need more commerce officers
4. Report from Roster: “we have a few more trial members and a few more full members--we seem to be getting back into a steady stream of things that we saw prior to the holidays--if not retaining more of the trial members.”
5. Chronicle: “Have resumed duties with stabilization in personal schedule, keeping track of events of the meetings and events when I can, but I can't make all of them. I could use other officers assistance, and it would be of use to work together for a new Newsletter format.”
6. Need more officers across the board.
7. Diplomacy: “I informed our tal'raja about the change in leader and have spoken to her a bit on what they were looking for in members so if someone is looking for something we don't provide we could send them over there. Help out our relation a bit.” “as for recruitment I have changed how I do zone ads to be more of a friendly face to the ads, spending more time on each zone instead of just posting the message and hopping over to the new one”

11. Role play: As we move into Vulkwasten, house warming party and setting up, planting the various items and carts and buildings, and then we’ll plan out the new story.

16. Discuss, in Backstage, design and wording of a mass Recruitment thread for those interested in taking up Officer positions
17. Guest Ser Battlecat from SCC greets us on behalf of their guild, extends invitation to role play on even grounds. Agreement across the grounds on this. Mention of researching into the EP guilds and their role playing to improve the AD role playing sector.
18. RP School: use of /emote and /say, adherence to lore, improvement on fights, writing actions, giving constructive criticism to players and their backstory and traits

20. Continued RP school: Have players wait for longer after they make a turn that involves them leaving, not to bolt out, as so they can read and appreciate how the other character responds

22. Guest Mightyman: mention of bringing together the various AD RP guilds (as discussed before), specific mention of a meeting between guilds to discuss system of setup, free flowing allowance to RP between SCC and BSR without any need for sign-ups or technical registration
