(( This is my sheet from the Kin, not exactly like the template, but I think It will satisfy your needs.)

PERSONALITY:
Nardak is a really friendly Khajiit, even tough he is awkward in large groups, especially if there is strangers in the group. He despises Daedric Lords, but judges one by His/Her personality, not their choice. Apart from that, he do not show most of his peronality to people.
BACKSTORY:
Early Childhood:
His mother gave birth to him in Dune, She named him Nardak, after the hero of her favorite book. Soon after that, She died from the flu. His father decided to flee Elsweyr and move to the land of the Altmer.
Childhood:
Nardak's father had raised a lot of debts trying to raise his son alone. Nardak was thirteen when his father got killed because he could not pay. After his father's death, Nardak realised that the world was full of injustice. His father was a kind one, who did not deserve such a fate. He decided to become a priest of the Eigth, because... Gods were justs, weren't they?
Young adulthood:
In those 8 years passed as a priest, Nardak seen the foul justice of the Eigth. They had their rules, but they were not flexible enough. Punishing whoever goes against their rules. Nardak had enough, he decided he would apply his own justice to Nirn. But for that, he had to grow stronger.
Adulthood:
Nardak started training, honing his abilities with blades,maces and shields. He even managed to use the Aedric magic he learned as a priest, to figth. After years of training, he felt ready. He got together a group of figthers. He called them the Sentinels. They wandered around Tamriel figthing for causes they tough were just. It was during one of those missions that he met Farasia Rootheart, a beautiful Bosmer lady that wanted the Sentinels to root out necromancers from her village. After these events, Nardak and Farasia kept talking and fell in love. Farasia wanted to learn how to figth, so Nardak trained her. After that, The Sentinels sided with the Dominion. One day, on the battlefield, Farasia and nardak were figthing back to back against the Covenant. One of the enemy soldier stabbed nardak on the side, this one fell to the ground, unable to figth. Farasia fougth ligth a beast to protect her loved one, getting more and more hit after each enemy she put down. After killing the final one, she fell to the ground, fataly wounded.
