1. Commerce check-in: Ice-Eye shared weekly forum thread for the Commerce department, at http://www.blueskooma.com/forum/m/22417574/viewthread/17418933-commerce-department-reports-what-going-on/post/last#last. We now have a guild trader again, bid 80k for Jalaima in Baandari. We have a generous amount of auction entries. More advertising should be done by all those online.
2. Roster check-in: Healthy amount of people and interest entering the guild, but there is one trial member that won’t make the cut. One member has been kicked for not complying with trial membership, one member was kicked for poor conduct while role playing, and two have resigned themselves from the guild.

4. Chronicle check-in: All pertinent summaries and logs for the last meeting and role plays have been posted. Working on experimenting and producing a new format for the newsletters (Elsynia has volunteered to do work with HTML), and Elsynia has created a new sub-forum for the Chronicle department (http://www.blueskooma.com/forum/m/22417574/viewforum/5475282)
5. Roleplay check-in: Everything is going well for the most part, need to start looking to future for story. Mention of (IC) electing a new mayor (1. Hold a meeting to bring everyone together to nominate people, 2. Hold another meeting for people to vote on who should lead. Dismissal of factions and faction leaders, collectively proposed to have a Mayor, Council of Four (Guard Captain, Commerce Leader, Magic Leader, Medic Leader). Move to have non-IC guilds, such as Adventurers’ Guild and Crafting Guild. Bloodsniper to edit the guild member application form. Krynger offered to stay in Vulkwasten and assist the town to help get back on track, Ro’John and Bhidul to be running that aspect of it. Upcoming events are arena (dice roll event to see who becomes guard captain), Maedhros’ wedding, and a housewarming festival? Friday, hold the nominations for Mayor, Mage, Medic, Merchant, and introduce Arena for guard captain. Arena event to be held Monday. We will later decide on the time for Maedhros’ wedding on the cliff, Eranor as best man, Mnidhexa may not be present, Elsynia to stand in as wife with different character. Finally, need to start brainstorming for the next story line, a thread will be posted for this. Possibly bring back ‘Blue Skooma,’ proposed poll for that next week.
6. Need to recruit more officers for (primarily) Scribe and Commerce, and then (secondarily) Roleplay. Two open Roleplay officer apps to be decided on. Recruitment to be done in guild chat, and by approaching members who seem to be competent, qualified, and involved enough to take on the role.
7. Bastinious (officer) has not been active in the last two months (likely due to financial reasons), and is to be kicked from Officer status and lowered to Member.
8. Karaoke to be done once a month, poll to decide on exact times and dates
9. Ice-Eye with thread that questions auction entry quality (http://blueskooma.com/forum/m/22417574/viewthread/18931944-auction-quality-entries-discussion). 25g to be the minimum increase, 100g to be starting bid.
10. Discussion as to possibly get the forum contests started again, but noted lack of viewing of the website on part of registered members. Possibly more actively use in game mail to alert members of information, but this will be discussed more later.
11. Comments from Sugar Claw Clan: Thanks for continuation of cross involvement, mention of merchant alliance between guilds. Invitation to participate in SCC guild events.
