recommendation: hold off on any more roster cleanups

I know we just got done with one just a few weeks before the buy to play announcement but I want 5 recommend holding off kicking anyone from the guild until the end of March / start of April. I've heard from a lot of folks in my channel and steam that they plan to return, but we're having financial issues with the subscription, especially when they were only roleplaying and not fully playing the game. When folks do come back, having the guild there will probably encourage them to visit again.


If at the end of march or start of April we have folks in longer than 3 months you can probably start clearing things out again. You can probably also discuss what to do with officers that don't show up to officer meetings or guild events as much as they should >.>


Also, for people coming in at the start of April you may want to have a new/returning players guide and we can focus our advertising in the starting zones.

We have actually talked about a lot of this. As it stands, we typically kick anyone inactive for 2 months but if they tell us that they want into the guild again we add them without making them reapply or anything. Also, we do have some rules for inactive officers. You can find them in the new Rules of Conduct 3.0. Lastly, I've already written extensive guides and even a "welcome" thread if you check the rules and guidelines forum.

Thanks for the suggestions though. It may be wise to hold off on kicking people, I agree. And I could include a "returning members" section of the welcome hub.
