Something just came up and I may not make it to the event. If that happens the following is what I had planned:
-Have people nominate others or themselves for Lord/Lady (Mayor) of the town since Elsy has stepped up and is unsure if others want her leading (also as a note, people can nominate Elsy if it's wanted even though I may not be there), the town Medic, the town head Mage, and ask Ri'Zharim if he wants to keep head Merchant (if no, have them nominate people).
-Voting will be opened until Monday. Have people send mail with their vote for Lord/Lady, Mage, Medic, and Merchant to @Sweet_Roll_Thief or any of the RP officers who don't mind and we'll announce winners on Monday.
-Tell them Elsy, RJ, and Bhi have decided to hold an arena fight on Monday to determine the guard captain. Anyone can participate and they do not have to be a part of the guard to do so. Just tell them OOC they must be able to attend at least one event a week.
-Activites once the town meeting had been held- Tell them Elsy has talked to John Wolf of the SCC and have set up a trade deal: they will give us armaments and armor for fish and rotmeth. We have already sent 3 baskets of fish to them and they have given us a crate of armor. The second shipment will arrive next week and we must prepare. Have them go fishing either by the beach or the river nearby (bait is in guild bank) and we also need people to go hunting for meat. Have them salt the meat and place it in the second floor. We will also need people to fetch some jugs of water for the tavern and to let the meat sit in so it can ferment into rotmeth.
And that's pretty much it. I should be on later but just in case I'll be checking my Enjin mail now and again. Just shoot me your questions. Thank you so much! <3
