What Armor is This?

Probably a highly idiotic question to ask, but I saw this guy in Rawl the other day, and I was wondering what the armor that he's wearing is, as it looks absolutely badass.

That's full khajiit light and a pledge reward pauldron, or trials, I don't remember exactly what the shoulder is. Something dwarven something.

I believe the robes are khajiit style, and the little shoulderpiece there is the Engine Guardian set.

Yep, ya get the Engine Guardian set as a random drop in one of the pledges.

Sorry. i literally ran over 100 vet pledges and thats the only shoulders i havent gotten but its the one i want the most
