1. Roster check-in: we have a number of new members, including 4 that have been promoted to full member, reminders are caught up on. my officer has given me notice that he will be busy for the next month or two, as he just got a promotion at work, so i am in the market for another officer. i have a few suggested guidelines for the dungeon and a few steps that go along with banning someone that are roster-related. However, i will discuss those when we get the dungeon guidelines. reminder: anyone that receives a leave of absence from a member, please edit the note to say "On Leave of Absence" or Message me IG. **End**

Sales are doing good, we got the vendor again for 60k. Auction and raffle are continuing, on auciton we need to look for a new auctioneer as currently we have me and @Frestion who are both willing to act as backups. We have a new officer in the dept who is doing bank stuff and helping with advertisment.
More to be discussed towards end of meeting.

Many people have opted to being mentors for new members to learn how to RP.
6. Guild Bank: Up until now, we’ve been sending friendly reminders to people to ‘leave as much or more than you take,’ problem with SOLVERBRICK removing a massive amount of wood (Elsynia has vouched to talk to him about this). Mnidhexa with recommendation to have people look at what we need and put that in before withdrawing whatever they need, don’t take more than half. Mnidhexa is to take control of the bank and enforce her rules with the approval she has received from Ice-Eye. Caution casted towards depositing more than you withdraw, but approved regardless. Thread to come.
7. Guidelines for Banning/Demotion of Bank Violators (See BloodSniper's Suggestions in "The Dungeon Guide--Suggestions" Post): If someone is to violate a bank rule and don’t fix their mistake within three days, they are to be demoted to the dungeon for three days, and are to remain as a trial member until they replace what they have taken in full. Send friendly reminders of the rules, and if no reply is received, the damned soul will be struck down by the might BAN HAMMER.
Motion to send new members a friendly mail reminding them to adhere to the rules regarding the guild and bank, passed.
Motion to give trial members ability to deposit to the bank, passed.
8. The Dungeon Guidelines: When banning someone, edit the note made to say that they are banned and what day the punishment started. Discussion to be held concerning setting guidelines for other offenses in the event we run across problems, so we can inform rule breakers of the guidelines of their punishment.
9. Storyline: Reintroduce Blue Skooma? Thread to be put in the backstage to discuss in full.
10. Auction: Get more people/members involved in the auction, perhaps by bringing more RP groups there. Start doing more zone ad runs. Possibly change location for the auction to something that would boost our numbers?
11. We need more officers in Commerce, Diplomacy, and Chronicle.
