Ryhtelyn Seres Arnyek was born on any other normal day in Morrowind. He knew nothing of his parents, all he could remember was waking up inside a tent of Ashlanders, and becoming part of them and their nomadic lifestyle. Through ages four to nine, Ryhtelyn began learning basic world skills, hunting, fishing, and craftswork. At ages ten to fifteen, he became more advanced in the skills previously taught, and many more to come. He was taught about his people, history, and gods. When Ryhtelyn became eighteen, he was driven away from his people, exiled. This happened when he killed one of his kin in a dramatic quarrel, which turned into a bloody mess. He fled his old home, swearing vengeance on them for pushing him away. Rythelyn made his way to Davon's Watch and was taken in by an old dunmeri man named, Seres. Seres taught Rythelyn about life outside the Ashlander clans. Seres then trained Rythelyn the ways of Morag Tong for the next eleven years, and converted his religion to the face of Mephala. Eventually, Ryhtelyn's old master, Seres, was dying of various diseases, and becoming more senile by the minute. Seres ordered Ryhtelyn to kill him, and carry on what he was taught. He did so, and used Seres's swords to put him out of his misery. Rythelyn took Seres to cremate him, and took his armor. Rythelyn carried out various assassinations during the time Seres died. He also developed sociopathic behaviors, and would rarely take off his mask, or speak to anyone, especially an Ashlander. His quest was to swear vengeance on his old kin, and carry on the knowledge of Seres, a father to him.
