1. Chronicle check-in: As of this week, we've started posting the guild stories to the News section of the forums for display to the front page, using unique names for each title instead of the old 'Guild Story Summary - mm/dd/yyyy' format. There was no guild event on Friday, so there is no guild story summary for that day. “So commerce is going good. An estimated 100k is what I belive the guild made last week. 60k was spent to ge the trader which was succesful. Other than that, major thing is I need someone for next week's auction and raffle. I can do auction this weekend”
We will look for someone for the auction, so continue to look for volunteers for the event.

Switch over the zone ads to the new one that is posted for the update concerning our Guild Master. Elridge is hard at work bumping ourselves on Anook and TESO RP, and is using the screenshots and scribe write-ups written by the Chronicle department (^.^). Waiting to update fliers and major sites concerning blue skooma, and given that the threads concerning our auction are out of date, Elridge will be contacting the administrators of TESO RP to possibly get Gata’s old thread removed.

4. Roster check-in: “most of what is happening in my department is linked for discussion later on in the meeting--most of it is in response to the influx of trolls and vagrants. we have had a few members leave, but most of them we don't want back--which we have put on the kick log (or should be). I have another officers *cough* Mighty. *cough* As for the rest, it is relatively normal--new members coming into the guild, few members leaving, and keeping up on reminders and such. (and actually my head is buried in a book; i haven't gotten to the essay yet =p)”
5. Role play check-in: Good. Need a new story, but first comes a festival. Those who would like to make suggestion for future events can make a thread, and re-initiating the ‘Company’ is to be discussed in a Center Stage thread.
6. Herfi has been live streaming his experiences on ESO, which includes role playing in Blue Skooma. He’s been approved by Elsynia to live stream said role plays, and there is no further issue here.
7. Trolls: Those who aren’t associated with the guild, and therefore, aren’t exactly subject to our rules or punishment. In the event that someone is disruptive of RP happenings, and they aren’t compliant of requests to stop their harassment, then have either an officer report them, or guide a member on how to report them.
8. Trial Membership to Full Membership Requirements Change/Bank Stuff: If someone completes a character sheet, make them wait the full time for them to be promoted even if the character sheet is completed and up to par. Less bank incidents and other silliness will happen. Two weeks wait to become a full member and get complete access to bank and whatnot. As a trial member, they will be able to deposit and withdraw on request. For this week, Mnidhexa will be largely occupied, so it will be necessary for people to check in on the bank on a regular basis to ensure that no issues arrive.
9. Bank Incident: @Cindigirl robbed the bank, apologized when confronted by Mnidhexa, and initially paid. Cindigirl has been told what needs to be repaid, but has not responded yet. She will be kept careful watch.

11. “based on current membership, combined with an increase with problems of newly promoted members, i have suggested that i start requiring a more serious set of standards in order to get into the guild. (if this person is new to rp, i will walk them through the pocess so that they are not disadvantaged; i often post examples of things to consider for character sheets; and i will be making a guide on what we are looking for in a CS with examples included); if they fail to meet the standards, i am included to have two actions considered, if they fail to complete the corrects asked for or do not improve enough, they will be forced to attend the rp school in order to join. or, if they cannot make an rp school, they will be required to have an IC demo of their rp skills, which based on current rp standings should be reasonable.”
A thread is to be made to discuss how we would like to improve the application system. Template for the character sheet will be required for those who don’t provide enough information.
12. -When approving a returning member, you must manually check the kick logs to see if we've had any previous problems with returning members.
1) check the kick/ban section before approving
2) start not only doing kick logs, but add named down when they leave under bad circumstances

Possible outsource to other guilds for help, but perhaps not at the start of everything. In-house for those who are interested in attending or contributing. This will be discussed further eventually. Thread to be made concerning the scheduling and volunteering of instructors. Wednesdays and Sundays are ideal for all instructor matters, as these are the days where we don’t have anything scheduled. Date and time will be put on the poll.
