If the category is red, it is required.
If it is white, it is optional.

Basic Information
This is the basic information about your character, such as name, age, and race. There are a few other, optional details that you can decide to include, based on what others have put into the past.

ESO @name:
(Example: My ESO @name is @BloodSniperXI.)
Character Name:
(Example: My main character is Jo'Zrijhi Taloj.)
Race:
(Example: Khajiit)
Age:
(Example: 34)
Sex:
(Male/Female)
Marital Status:
(Single, Married, Widowed, In a Relationship, Complicated, Not Looking for Anyone)
Sexual Orientation:
(Straight, Gay, Bi, Asexual, etc).
Affliction:
(Lycanthropy, Vampirism, None.)

Physical Description
This is a required Section.
There are two ways that this can be done. You can either include a screenshot of your character or you can write out a basic description of your character. If there is anything that could not be seen in-game or that cannot be shown through the options in character creation, write out a short description of what these flairs are.

(Example: Zri is an average-sized khaiit with ice-blue eyes and jet-black fur. They style their short hair in an up-do, in order to keep it out of their face, as they work. If you look closely, they have spots, but it is hard to tell, unless you close study them. Zri often wears well-cared for, quality-crafted armor that speaks of her traveled past. They have taken to carrying a Redguard greatsword, a shield of Daedric origins, and an axe found in a dwemer ruin.

Flairs: Zri is often covered in grime and dust from working in the ruins and caves all day. She wears a ring of daedric origin on her left hand, which used to serve as a wedding band.)

Personality
This is a required section
This section tells us about how your character acts and interacts with people and the world around them. You can include details, such as hobbies, what they enjoy doing, character traits, and flaws. There are many different formats you can use to do this. You could make subcategories that list their likes and dislikes and then go on to talk about how they act. Or, you could write a bio paragraph that explains what you want people to know about your character.

(Example 1:

Likes:
-Reading
-Drinking
-Knowledge
-Women

Dislikes:
-Idiots
-Drunken fools
-The Law
-White knights
-People that brag

Strengths:
-Speaks many languages
-Knowledge of Daedric Princes, Daedric Beings, and Daedric Lore
-Sailing
-Can hold her own in a fight
-Charming when she wants to be
-Insulting others

Weaknesses:
-Pretty Women (particularly Bosmer)
-Inability to relate to others
-Lack of compassion
-Lack of support for the war
-Anger
-Conceitedness

Zri knows exactly how intelligent she is and lets everyone around her know it, as well. She is often conceited and high-strung, which shows in how she acts around people. She is rarely ever kind and often spends her night drinking silently in taverns with a book. She rarely acknowledges others around her and doesn't see a point in making friends.

Example 2:
Zri is an intelligent, college-educated Khajiit that has spent her years traveling all of Nirn, because of this traveled nature she doesn't support any one side in the war and tends to hold a view of topics that isn't black-and-white. She is often found sitting in a quiet corner of the tavern with a pile of books and artifacts around her. At this time, she is in her own little world and rarely lets anyone bother her. If some does interfere with her work, she is likely to react coldly and snap at the person. The only exceptions to this are her students and pretty Bosmeri women, such as her girlfriend Phyriel. She enjoys sharing tales of her adventures and finds on occasion, but those times are rare. She is often insulting in ordinary conversation and tends to come off as better than those around her--despite the fact that she doesn't brag about her accomplishments. More often then not, she can be written off as a babbling genius that lacks any real communication skills, but she does have a charming, sweet side, if she likes you enough. If someone challenges her, she isn't one to back down, but most of her skill as a fighter comes from fighting bandits in ruins, so she doesn't really stand a chance against a seasoned warrior.

Why is your character in Dominion territory? How did they get here?
This is required.
With One Tamriel, we'd like to see where your character has been and what they've done. We'd also like to check to make sense that they'd even be in the Dominion lands to begin with.

Background
This is required.
This can be done using a story or can be a bio paragraph of where they've been and what they've done. By this, I mean, it should touch on where they were born and how they got to where they are now. There are many different ways to approach this. You could focus on the situation they were born into (who were their parents, what kind of upbringing they had), their career (what do they do, how did they get there, what are they trying to do), or something that happened to them (what hardship did they encounter, why did they encounter this, and how did they/are they overcoming this). Or, you can touch on aspects of all three.

(Example:
Zri is a rather mysterious figure that talks a lot but never really says anything of value. There are only two known facts about Zri. One is that her entire family was murdered inside their home, which caused her to leave Elsweyr. The other is that she is a former scholar/teacher of a College in Skyrim.
The reason behind her departure from the College was a proclamation that necromancy should not be illegal. She is a strong advocate that anything that allows for learning to be legal and taught in a responsible manner. Thus, her proclamation that necromancy should legal comes from a place of learning--and from her disinterest in the dead.
Despite her involvement with the College and her opinions surround magic, Zri is terrible at all forms of magic and does not practice in the art. Her true calling has always been history, which is what she taught new members of the College and caused her to travel start traveling Tamriel.
At the moment, she is traveling throughout the land looking for lorebooks and daedric relics in order to accommodate her desire to learn more of Tamriel's history. In order to do so safely, she learned the way of the Dragonknight.)

Troubleshooting
Here are some guides and threads to help you try to figure out what to do for your character sheet. You have two weeks to complete this, so take the time and think about what to put. If you are running into a problem, even with these tips, ask in guild chat or message a Roster Officer.

If it is the game or lore that is giving you problems, there are a number of wikis dedicated to TES lore:

If English gives you problems or you have trouble understanding questions, please contact a Roster Officer and they will explain the questions to you. This way you can ask questions.

Tips
1. If you haven't, rp with the character. This can give you a feel for what you might want to do with the character and how they will fit in with the group dynamic of the guild.
2. If you are new to The Elder Scrolls series, although we require some adherence to the lore, we do not require that you have perfected everything in two weeks. If you don't want to get too bogged down with lore, be vague about it, such as using "a small settlement in Greenshade" and explaining jobs or friends.
3. Try to avoid mentioning the main storyline, as many people want to be heroes but not everyone can be the hero. To be fair to everyone and to avoid overpowering characters, it is best to avoid the main quest all together.
