Several posters around the town show up. It includes information on something to do with a Vulkwasten Naval defense.
Attention to those of Vulkwasten! Recently, lady Nightwind herself approved a new idea sparked from the minds of Bhidul, Malyne, and Do'Wadiq. This "idea" started off floating in the mind, ready to be put to use at any moment. It is the Vulkwasten Naval Defense. If you have not noticed, there are many shipwrecks along the coast of the Strid, and all sorts of pirates or marauders may enter or pass at will. To try and uphold a future invasion or high-crime in these waters, the Vulkwasten Navy will provide a defense along the waters of Vulkwasten. There is a single problem, however. All the supply needs are met, except for a trusty crew. We ask to increase our numbers by recruiting /you/, a citizen or even guard of Vulkwasten. The purpose of this is solely for protection, not for war or any chaotic uproar which involves mass killings. Those who join will be paid and given a uniform. They will be trained and conditioned in case of an emergency along the waters of the town. There are three ships, soon to be named, ran by three Admirals. Bhidul, Do'Wadiq, and Malyne, who will own one Naval-sized warship each packed with arms and siege weapons in case of locked combat with a threatening ship. Joining will provide coin, vast experiences, and leadership skills to those who seek it. If you would be pleased in joining sign your name at the bottom of this paper (reply to the thread). Thank you, and may the gods shine their light upon us all.

Connected to the back of the poster, another paper reads...
As for rules, we will attempt to keep them short and basic for the sake of simplicity.
- "Target practices" are strictly forbidden for safety purposes.
- Mutiny or the intentional harm/killing of a crewmate will be punishable by law.
- Potentially harmful ships will be classified if firing at a friendly ship, causing distress in the area, etc.
- Ships must remain tidy and ready for anything.
- Crewmembers must be able to fire siege weapons and condition themselves through exercise.
- Crewmembers must obey orders from the Admirals and Officers.
- Crewmembers have the ability to rank up to Officer, who are given the ability to command normal crewmates.
- Any crewmate can use any weapon of choice, be it melee or ranged, but must use ship weapons when told.
- Uniforms will be given, self-chosen armor is not allowed due to the fact that crews will remain on their assigned ship and will rarely conduct land operations.
- Pay is not given out before the end of the month period.

Uniform information coming shortly...
