Mullet took the majority of the notes during these past two weeks, so thanks to him as my officer for that. Nothing else to report.
Roster: We haven't seen an increase in members. A few members left. We promoted Wyatt back to trial member, i'll have to see if he spoke to Aim at all. The new character sheet guide is up. People have used it ^.^ I am editting it to add some info. I intend to improve it to be pretty and such.
Idea to get players up incorporates the town guard welcoming new players when Tamriel Unlimited launches in 7 days. Remember to check kick logs before accepting more members if they claim to be a part of the guild.
Diplomacy: A couple of new members applying from TESO-RP, would be nice to bump the thread with new information. Same updates need to be applied to the official website.

We are thinking of extending the olive branch to new guild setting up in Marbuk and inviting them to the auction.
Guild description: Digging through TESO RP I found a new guild pop up in Marbruk, I was planning to extend a warm welcome and personally invite them to the weekly live auction

RP Setting: A fellowship of all sorts of mages, seeking to spread their knowledge and research with all who seek it. ((This includes the more disreputable mages provided they use discretion))
RP check in: Need more people to help with events.
Commerce: Raffle is being held off until Ice gets back
-More Zone Runs; At the moment, more scheduled zone runs are needed, with more people involved, making thread to recruit more.
The festival was indeed a success!
Lots of questions have been brought up about the tavern’s ownership, so Ice Eye and Ri’Zahrim should be the owners of the bar.
RP Storyline (What’s next): So we're bringing back Blue Skooma Company. They're a group looking to make a lot of coin off of illegal skooma production. They will be based in the Supplication House near Vulk and will be a permanent group for darker characters. I've been working with Mullet and Lal who have characters heading the crime ring, and we've come up with 5 events. I'll throw a schedled event thread for the story line up on the forums, we have enough for like 2 weeks of RP.
Character Guide/New Requirements: They are now being enforced. Guide is being edited and added to, still. Blood is revising the character sheet, and has more tips. Some people are filling out the sticky threads.
Using Officer Chat for IC RP: It’s been decided that group chat would be better used for long-distance RP than officer chat.
Website and TS activity is up.
POTW: Some kind of 1.6/Walking Dead joke
