Returning to Eso

Hi all, I have returned to ESO recently and I have the sense of being alone. Iwas just wondering if I would be welcome back into the Blueskooma community. My account name is @jykat, I did have a character by the name of laebel but due to my absence I have forgotten how to play so I have decided to start a new character. I have tried to reapply to guild with no success(it will not take my application) and seems that I am still a website member. if a Officer can let me know if I am or not welcome back into the guild.
