Skooma For Everyone

What would have originally looked like merely a friendly tavern goer offering drinks for the town, turned out to be a Khajiit with malicious intent as he poisoned the alcohol and drink supply of the tavern with skooma. All those who had drank anything during the night fell victim to its effects, including Guard Captain Bluewisp himself. As soon as it became known to them that something was up, Captain Bluewisp blocked all incoming and outgoing patrons to attempt to track down the culprit. In the end, it was identified that a white Khajiit named K'shajiir was to blame for this incident, and a Wanted poster has been shared throughout the town, requesting he be captured and returned to the Guard of Vulkwasten - Alive.
