Blue Skooma Anniversary!

A year ago today, Blue Skooma was born. A guild for new and old roleplayers to come together and enjoy the company of each other. The guild has since changed it's name from Blue Skooma Company, to Blue Skooma Roleplayers, guildmasters have changed, officers and members as well.

We've Laughed over things we probably shouldn't have laughed at >:D

We've Argued about things we probably shouldn't have argued about :facepaw:

We've said goodbye to friends, some of which we will never get the opportunity to speak to again :3

We've sang songs of bacon pancakes, the differences of weak burgers and burgers with strength, magic carpet rides leading to whole new worlds, and even some guy named Cotton Eye Joe. :orangecat:

Many events have passed us by this year, both in and out of character. A few things that I remember myself include the Thalmor attack in Woodhearth, which was the first time I've ever roleplayed before. Ri'Sari setting ablaze the poisoned skooma. There was a hide and seek game on the boat when we were moving to S'renja (I won cough). The day I joined the clan and Ri'Zharim was handed a uniform, unknowing what he had signed up for. There was the Lusty Argonian Maid live play, put on by members of Blue Skooma during the multi guild festival back in August. There is a whole thread of “Out of Context: quotes, that detail some of the funny moments in the guild chat. Weddings between our characters. Certainly a lot has happened..

This year was not without it's rough patches and hard times, there was the guild split, which led to some officers leaving. Things were pretty depressing around the guild for awhile, but we held together. We had one of our good friends pass away, which effected a lot of us deeply. Not many guilds survive this long, after everything this year we remain a loving family, and I thank you all for being apart of it. OwO

Thanks for the great post! I have been in this guild for nearly a year now and even though there have been ups and downs, I am very thankful for the great time Ive had being a part of Blue Skooma. To another great year!

I've been in this guild for...oh...about seven(?) months, but I feel a real connection to the people here, no matter the time I've spent.

Usually, I'm the outcast in any guild I join. I'm the person less listened to, less paid attention to. I feel like a real part of the family. Even though I haven't been here long, I haven't experienced the things that most people have, and this may sound like the words of the "Fresh meat", so to speak, this guild is truly amazing. I wouldn't give up the time I've spent in this guild for the whole world.

Everyone of you is amazing, really. I love all of you guys <3

I've been in the guild for quite some time, but not as much as Ice Eye or Elridge... Yeah... Though I remeber joining knowing nothing about the lore. I learened from my mistakes through roleplay and learned things through progression. I absolutely love the people here in the guild, and look back on the past with a smile. I raise my skooma bottle to you, Blue Skooma!

*cleaning his armor* i came to blueskooma wanting to expand my Roleplay and i have rather enjoyed the time ive had here so far Ro'johns fame has grown some and ive made quiet a lot of gold heres to more gold for the coughers and years of prosperity

I feel that for the time i put into the game, the time i spend actually doing pve/pvp things, and the time i rp don't add up, but ive kept within reach of this guild since it was based in a warehouse in auridon, whether or not a physically was in the guild/ rping with the guild during that time (there have been complications in the past and I'm very strange with when i RP), and it's still my favorite community in this game, maybe my favorite in-game community in any game, and it's been a great year! and a ton of other corny things you use to end these paragraphs.

I've truly love the organization for one, so many types of officers, and the amount of active members, yet the closeness you get from being here. This community is something Zenimax should be bragging about having in their game, a true sign of a good overall community, one that will attract new players. Most of all though i love the balance in this guild, no too much of one thing other than the love of roleplaying :Mage:

But anyways,

I've been with this guild for 3 months shy of a year. I remember way back when I joined I just fell in love with RP and more importantly with the people here. Old and new members, what I absolutely love about this guild is that we care for one another and go out of our way to include people. We're all extremely silly and ridiculous, but we make each other laugh and smile, which is all I could ever ask from a guild. We're all here to have fun anyways, no? All of you make being here that much more fun, so thank you.

Like Elridge said, we had our ups and downs, and the split that happened was and still is always something I look back on and wish could have ended differently. But ultimately, I'm happy those of the Sugar Claw Clan are able to do their own things and be happy. And I love all of them too. I'd like to thank all of them for all of the work they've also put into Blue Skooma, and the incredible stories I got to be a part of that many of the older members there wrote and coordinated back when they were still with the guild and when I first joined. It's really what got me so into RP, and so I have them to thank for that.

You guys really feel like a family to me. I love every one of you, and I'd like to thank all of you for being such a crazy and wonderful part of my life.

I knew we joined the guild really close in time days, but I didn't know that was your first guild event, mine too :P
