Ice_Eye wont be able to run the Auction on April 25th due to exams, so we will be needing someone to fill in, Aneova said he could "help" but is not yet comfortable enough to run it himself. He might be a possible option to be able to run future auctions
Jalaima guild trader again hired! Going to attempt to reduce the bid this week
Guild sales have decreased a lot since last week, most likely due to lack of high quality items being sold, To keep better track of this Ice_Eye will now be adding quantity of sales data
Going to add some stuff to the message of the day, maybe raffle/auction stuff about who to send stuff to? (we need to figure out how much of it we can add)
Bank Wishes
Do not draw any more then half equipment materials (wood/cloth/metal/style/tempers/etc.)
No more then 25 consumables at once
Desires to keep 400 of Wood/Cloth/Metal
Do not want to see Epic or Legendary tempers in the bank (if they are in there, they will be sold off to purchase items we need)
Working with aim for bank maintenance TONIGHT!
Making sure trial members are upgraded to full members and help them understand what they need to know to /become/ full members
Looking to re-do the guide to character sheet template
Herfi is currently working on a video to showcase RP in ESO, we need to set a day and advertise it so that he can come film us for a short time. Doesn't have to be a "major" event.
Melane has been taking care of applications the past couple days while I was busy
Another large donation of Roleplay clothes has been made to the guild by Zaid, one of Ice_eye's friends from his trading guild. I will be listing the items in guild chat throughout the days offering them up for free just as they have been given to us.

Went through and created a guide for current and future officers of Diplomacy to use. A slight run through of what the basic day should look like. It has been posted to the "Diplomacy Hub" thread
We need to increase attendance, advertising further in advance and coordinating the events before hand seem like the best course of action
Bringing back posting event plans to the forums might help
Website ranks have been taken care of and is now up to date with officer titles
