I am sorry to say that it is time for my departure from Blue Skooma Roleplayers.
I am sorry to say that I can no longer take on the amount of responsibility that is required of officers in this guild, nor do I find the efforts to be worth it. We talked so much about how things needed to change and how we needed to go about creating that change. However after a few months, it seems that it is not possible for me to be of any use in creating that change.
We wanted the RP school to incorporate new members. We wanted more advertisements to make for better awareness. We wanted more of a connection with a guild members, as to make it less clique-ish. We wanted more officers to make this a reality.
These were all noble goals, yet it would seem that we have stalled and are unable to create the change we need presently. I have sat in meetings and watched the same issues being discussed over and over again. I cannot dedicate any more time and heart to the cause.
Since my heart is no longer in it, it is best that you find someone that is willing to put in the dedication required to make this guild the best it can be. I did it for the people. I loved some of the people in this guild, and I will miss them.
However, I no longer felt comfortable getting to know new people and making the connections required to keep my heart in it. I am sorry to deflect my duties and responsibilities on another person. Welcome yourself to my guides in order to train someone else in my former duties.
