Auction Rules?

So I wanted to make the post for the ESO Official forums, however I realized we have no rules section written up. I know the obvious ones

1) No false bidding (only bid if you have the gold and want the item), this will land you on the ignore list for any of our hosted auctions

and

2) Please refrain from Spamming skills


Do we need to add anything else? I know we had decided on a minimum bid, what was it/is it enforced?

3) Raise gold bid by 25g at least each time

4) You must have the gold on hand and pay immediately after the item as been won, otherwise you will be added to the ignore list.

oh yea did we decide on an exact location in Rawl'Kha so I can list it?

I havent checked yet, but I was thinking of holding it at the temple, will hop on soon to look around again.

yeah looked, location is the small temple on the west side of town, just above the thieves guild entrance in town, should be far enough from everything else and people with bounty can even stay relatively safe, only one guard comes close
