Chapter 1, age nine.

The sun would be masked high in the sky a thick layer of storm clouds moving in close over the swamps of Shadowfen. A young Dunmer boy dressed in all black, wearing trousers, buccaneer boots, long sleeved tunic, and hooded cloak big enough to cover his entire body and conceal the dagger he carried.

As he sat on a log dangling his feet above the black swamp water, his gaze would look up at the clouds rolling releasing a disappointing. Without hesitation he would practically jump up and run down the log with perfect balance, darting into the brush of swamp. He would navigate effortlessly through the terrain making it look as if he was through a field. The boy's gaze fixed directly ahead of him, his hood flying back to the speed at he was running trying to avoid running into any loose branches.

"Monroe, isn't this.....extreme?" a young long silvered hair dressed in bonemold armor stood crossing his arms. "Not at all, he needs to learn and prepared for this, the sooner the better." Replied a Dunmer who looked simaler except with dark ebony hair slicked back into a ponytail. "Besides Delvus, you baby the child to damn much. Boy is going soft.". Delvus, the silver hair Mer would scowl and scrunch his nose in disgust. "Teaching him combat is one thing, beating him, an making him kill slaves for training is just going to create a monster!" Monroe, not seeming phased a bit would merely shrug "Mother and father let me train and they said to do whatever it takes, take it up with them....Not me." his tone was polite and calm unlike his brother's. Within that very second, Delvus woul snap, walking over to the other Mer turning him around and slamming him into the wall holding up a dagger to his neck. "Now just give me one reason to not kill you here and now!" he shouted in loud gruff aggressive tone. Monroe would only smile ever so faintly...."Simple, you're my dear older brother and you'd hate to give you're family a bad name bye murdering me."

Delvus could only growl pulling the dagger away, only to quickly bash the hilt of the blade into his jaw, letting go as he spit out some blood. "You're fucking sick...and the three be damned if i'll let you ruin Malyne." he yelled as he stormed out of the room...slamming the door hard enough he broke it off it's hinges. Monroe wiping some blood off his lip with a sadistic grin walking out to the Manor courtyard with a assortment of weapons.

Malyne would gasp for air clutching his chest where a boot in-print sat. "Alright, I think you did well enough." Monroe said as he picked up the boy bye his black tunic. "Grab a weapon. Now." Malyne look of pain would suddenly turn to a frown....he knew what he what was coming and was greatly dreading it. As Malyne went to pick up a dagger off the table Monroe would be dragging in old Khajit with pure white fur, his mouth gagged with a rag and back his wrists bound. "Malyne, come here now. " Monroe said in his polite calm and collected polite tone. The small young Mer would hesitantly walk up to his older brother. "Now...."he said kicking the old man to his knees "Cut out his throat.". He said crossing his arms eyeing the child. All Malyne could do was freeze up...his crimson eyes filled with sorrow, regret, and fear upon looking into the old mans clear blue eyes. "NOW!" his older brother shouted. He knew he had to that very moment unless he wanted to face some punishment. Within less than a second he would shove the dagger to one side of his neck, violently yanking it across his neck gashing his throat open, a hot spurt of blood woudl squirt out before lazily leaking out as it got torn open. Malynes gaze would stay frozen, locked in eye contact with the Khajit watching the life and emotions slowly fade away before he would be nothing more than a corpse falling to the ground bleeding out.

Monroe would only smile as he saw Malyne's hands get covered in blood and stared into the Khajits eyes. not able to see his look of regret due to his hood. Only kneeling down next to him speaking in a soft tone. "There....was that so hard? You're done for the day...go get cleaned up and do as you wish." he said standing back walking away gesturing to one of the slaves to tend to it, leaving Malyne standing there..falling to his knees shaking a bit. "Why....Azura why......" his bloodied hands would go to wipe away tears that started to well up in his eyes. "Why must I do this...." he spoke, a pool of blood starting to cover him and soak his trousers...please someone save me..." he spoke in a broken weak tone.

Chapter 2, Age 9

As the sun slowly rose in the mourning, through a stained glass window. Colored light shining into the bedroom of a Dunmer child. The light woudl shine down at the foot of his bed slowly making it way up to his face waking him up. As he said up he woudl let out a small tiny yawning he would get frustrated all of the sudden. "Why won't my eye o-" he paused as his face went to touch his left eye, wincing in pain as soon as he did. It would be swollen shut. "Oh...."he softly replied to himself with a frown. He would have several bruises and few gashes on his face, one of which going from his forehead to the back of his ear.

Getting up Malyne woudl make his way to his dresser pulling neatly folded black trousers, tunic, vest, and a black hooded cloak. Setting the clothes at the foot of his bed he would catch a glimpse of himself in the mirror frowning and quickly looking away throwing the night shirt he wore on top of it so he wouldn't see his reflection. "I hate looking at you're ugly face anyways...." he muttered putting on his normal day to day clothes. Slipping on his boots he would finally put on his cloak pulling up the hood so shadows could hide his swollen eye and most of his face for that matter. Before he went out his bedroom door he woudl grab the dagger he was given putting it on his belt.

_______________________________________________________________________________________

A middle aged Khajit women with black fur dressed as a maid woudl walk around the house with her arms crossed. Walking into each room making sure the other servants where doing there job. As she walked down the hall her ears kept twitching. Stopping all at once once she entered the intersection between hallways. "I wonder where that boy is...". Suddenly, then reaching under a small table she would pull out struggling child. "No fair!" he said crossing his arms. "Oh? And how is that Malyne?" she spoke in a amused voice, her lips slowly turning into a smile. "Because I don't have these!" he said gently reaching over grabbing the tips of her ears only making her laugh. Adjusting how she held him she would bring him closer into a hug, to which Malyne would only respond bye burying his face into her shoulder. "Malyne..." she spoke softly rubbing the child's back. "Are you okay?". His only response would be a nod. "Then why are you hiding you're face." "No reason..." he replied. His voice being muffled bye her shoulder. "Malyne..." she said again setting him down and kneeling before him. Narrowing his bright blue eyes. "Whats wrong? This one is worried now." she said removing his hood letting out a small gasp. "I-I-I...." was all the boy could force out. Getting choked for reasons he didn't understand.

His good eye would widen as he was pulled in a hug. "This one is sorry you must do this..." she said holding him close to her as if he was child, Malyne only now sobbing into her shoulder gripping onto her sleeves. "It's okay....". She could only frown knowing she couldn't do a thing to save the poor boy.

Only after a minutes on holding the boy would have she sat down leaning against the wall holding him., beginning to softly song to him in smooth soft pleasant tone. "You are my moonlight......my little moonlight....you make me happy, when stars are gone. You will never know dear, how much this one loves you...please don't take, my moonlight away." she sang repeatedly until he finally calmed down. Smiling at him wiping away any tears. "You know...even with that eye...this one still thinks you are handsome. " Malyne, smiling a bit would give her a playful poke "I am not!" he replied. "Oh but this says otherwise. You would have to beat all the pretty girls off with a stick." scrunching up his nose he woudl stick his tongue in some form of disgust. "I will never get married or have a be a boy friend!" he shouted in response this time. "Oh really now?" she replied with a raised brow. "No one likes me anyways..." he said replying softly looking down at the floor beside them. "Nonsense, this one absolutely loves you. You are practically her cub." she smiled pinching the one cheek not bruised or cut. "My adorable grey hairless cub." she said chuckling. Malyne for once, not protesting her words going back to hugging her. "Can I stay with until Monroe makes me train again?" he asked, his big red eye looking up at her. "Of course." she said picking him up. "You can help me boss around the maids." she said chuckling walking down the hall.

Chapter 3, Age 12

Somewhere in Vivvec.....

___________________________

"Hey! Look! It's that Dres fetcher!" a child shouted from among a group of seven Dunmer children, four boys and three girls, all looking to be between the ages of ten and twelve. "No..." Malyne muttered. tightening the grip on his cloak walking faster hoping to lose them. But alas it would be of no use, within minutes of playing a cat and mouse the children would have caught up to him. Outside of one of the Cantons he would find himself against the wall surrounded with no way out.

"Leave me alone..." Malyne said in a barely audible tone, his voice shaky and timid. "What was that Guar shit?" the biggest child said shoving him against the wall. "L-leave me a-alone..." he said again making his voice only a little louder. "Why don't you make us?" said one of the girls hissing in response. "I-" before Malyne cloud even give a proper response the biggest one would snatch his bag immediately looking through it. "Th-that's mine! Give it back!" Malyne said lunging for it only to be tackled bye two of the kids being pinned against the wall. "Oh? You wan't it n'wah?" the large pudgy boy said tossing random books out carelessly "What kind of kid are you? No sweets? No toys? Just books!" he said in near disgust. "Those are mine!" Malyne shouted trying to pry himself free. The pudgy mer would get a smug grin putting his hands on his hips stepping in front of Malyne. "Oh? What are you gonna do fetcher?"

Malyne's head would be racing, a million thoughts crossing his mind before he ultimately took some action. Out of the blue he would kick the boy int he groin forcing fall on his knees, only to have have his teeth meet the heel of his boot knocking him to floor howling and crying in pain and teeth flew out his mouth. Withing those few seconds adrenaline would have already kicked in. Prying his arms free in a instant, throwing a elbow to the one at his right getting tackled too the floor bye the one on his left. As soon as he hit the ground instinct from all his training woudl take over as he quickly went too punching the boy until he got off.

The other four paralyzed at what they saw, one girl would snap out of it going to stomp on his face in a attempt to help her friend, only to accidentally hit her friend Malyne moving him just in time to be used as a meat shield. Tossing him off Malyne would scramble too his feet clenching his fists. As he stood he woudl be shaking, his blood rushing and being pumped with adrenaline. "Y-you-" the girl woudl be interrupted bye a Ordinator running towards them. "Halt! What is going on here!?!" he shouted as he darted towards the children. "He hurt my friends!" the smallest girl shouted. The guards eyes darted from the boy crying on the ground, a small pool of blood leaking from his mouth as he gripped onto his groin, another holding his nose which would be broken with blood all over. His eyes finally leading tot he boy groaning on the floor and the Malyne shaking with clenched fists. "Did....you do this boy?" he spoke in a state of shock. "I didn't mean too! Th-they took my books and wouldn't give them back! I'm sorry! I'm sorry!" the young Mer shouted on the verge of tears.

The ordinator looking to the ones still standing crossed his arms "Is this true?" he asked staring the last of them down. "Yes sera..." they all replied trying to avoid his obvious intimidating gaze. "The ones who didn't get hurt go and begone!" he barked aloud. Only to be met bye children scrambling to make a exit almost stumbling on there own two feet. Watching them as they ran away he turned around to see Malyne putting all his books back in his bag "Where are you're parents?" "I-in Balmorra...i'm with my grandfather...." he said looking down avoiding his gaze. "Where is he?" "The Hlaalu canton in a business meeting..." "Stay put while I get these boys to a healer. " the Ordinator said before taking the ones that got hurt leaving Malyne alone.

A few hours later....

The sun would be nearly down before the same exact guard back for Malyne, who would be sitting in the exact same spot where he left him. Mildly surprised the Ordinator would gesture for him too get up. "Show me where your grandfather is." he said gently pushing Mal a little forward to lead. "Y-yes sera.....A-am I in trouble?" he said hesitantly looking back, his hood still on. "No but I need a word with you're grandfather, you seriously hurt that boy but they all confessed to harassing you and putting there hands on you." he said speaking in a stern tone. Despite his calm tone and demeanor the mask still made Malyne think he was in trouble and that he must of thought low of him.

After sometime, with the sun down and stars blanketing the sky they would arrive a large apartment in the upper part of the Canton. Knocking on the door a older Mer woudl answer, sporting silver peach fuzz and silver hair pulled back into a topknot "Do you know this boy sir?" the guard asked gesturing to Malyne. "Yes that's my grandson, I've been worried sick where did you find him?" he asked kneeling down bringing him into a hug. "If I may sir, that is why I am here too talk to you." "Is he trouble?" the old Mer asked looking up. "No....but I still need a word with you. Preferably in private." "Of course sera." he nodded at the guard standing back up.

Gesturing for the guardsman to come back in he would ask one his servants to fix Malyne some food as he sent the boy to his room. "Please...take a seat, what exactly happened?" he asked gesturing for the Ordiantor to sit. "Your grandson was being bullied but...unlike most children he dealt with it much differently than your average child." "What do you mean?" he asked tilting his head. "He...broke one boy's nose, gave another a hairline break in his jaw along with some serious bruising. He also knocked the front eight teeth out of another while kicking another in the groin hard enough it will require...some serious treatment..." the old Mer would look appalled and surprised. "He...I...how is he not in trouble?" he asked completely dumbfounded. "He was defending himself, they did pin against the wall and taunt him..." "I see...." he said looking down un-sure of what to even say regarding hsi grandson beating up other kids his age. "You know with the boy able to fight like that you should inform his parents of making him a Ordinator, we could use more natural fighter." looking back on up the old Mer nodded once more. "I'll keep that in mind." with that said the guard woudl stand up "That is all I wished too say, have pleasant evening sera, and do keep what I said in mind." he said showing himself out. " Leaning back in his chair he would his head "What is that boy forced too do to have so much skill to hurt others so severely..."

His ear pressed too the door, Malyne would frown hearing the last words of what his grandfather spoke finally walking back to his bed. "Great...now he thinks i'm a monster too..." he said removing his cloak, shaggy shoulder length black hair hung down covering his face a tad bit. "Monroe was right...I am nothing more than a weapon...."

Chapter 4, Age 13

"So, I...uhh...really have to do this?" Malyne said a bit scared. "You have to start young, I expect you do this well, am I understood boy?" Monroe said applying make up to resemble bruises all around Malyne naked body. "So...I have to have this on why?" he asked keeping his eyes closed shut, not even wanting to see himself, or his brother for that matter. "Because, YOUR target is a some sick child rapist. " Monroe paused for a moment before continuing to apply the make up. "Well...in the eyes of everyone else he is...technically since he only does such things too his slaves its not even a crime." For once Malyne cracked open one eyes to glance at his older brother "Wait, then why does he have to die?"

Monroe only smirked "Because hes known for having children kidnapped and claiming them as slaves...someone finally had enough." "Oh...." Malyne whispered in response. "As you know you are going to be a gift of 'good will' and you are going to have too seduce him, I expect you to know how too get out and escape." Malyne wouldn't even respond merely keeping his eyes shut not wanting to talk let alone think.

In fact, Malyne hated what he was going to do. He knew the man he had to kill was a disgusting monster and pervert but he still hated it. He never enjoyed taking a life, every time he did he wanted to puke if not break down and cry. Every single time Monroe made him take a life his heart sank into pool of guilt and self hate. The part he hated the most was being locked with eye contact. Watching the life, the spark fade from there eyes and seeing there true colors in there last few seconds of life.

____________________________________________________
Four Hours later that day........

"Monroe?" Malyne said in a soft voice peeking up at him form under a hood. "Hmm?" "What will happen to the other children?" shrugging Monroe would whip the guar making the carriage go faster. "Most likely set free or sold to someone else. Depends how the guards wish to handle it I suppose. " "Oh...ok.." Malyne said in response now looking down. He was dressed in rags the exposed his shoulders various parts of his body due to holes and rips in it

After roughly ten more minutes of riding they would pull up to a small estate just right outside a village. "Get off." Monroe spoke out in a loud stern tone. Malyne already knowing the drill would scramble off the carriage getting off. "Hand him this boy." he said handing him a envelope. "Don't open it, and knock at the gate. I expect you to make your way home on your own. " with that said the long haired Dunmer woudl take off with out so much of a second glance back at him.

Taking in a deep breathe the boy would look down at the envelope he was handed before walking up too the gate. "Okay...just knock Malyne..." he said to himself going to knock but stopping right before he did. "You can do this...you can do this..." he said himself for a couple minutes before knocking on the large wooden doors. Met bye a older well dressed Dunmer with slicked back hair would answer the door. "Yes?" he said. "I...uuhh..uum..." Malyne stammered before simply holding out the envelope for him to take. The older Mer rolled his eyes letting out a sigh opening the envelope and reading the letter inside. "Hhmm...a new gift...very well come with me young one." he said making a small gesture too follow.

Following the older man he couldn't help but look around at the manor...it looked just like any typical dunmer home. Stained glass windows, throw pillows, benches, and hookahs everywhere. He couldn't help but think in his head "I guess monsters really are like us...." he would be guided up the stares and down a hall until the approached the door to which the older Mer would knock on. "Sir! May I come in? You have a new gift." Malyne blinked as he heard a loud coughing fit for a few seconds then raspy heavy breathing shout "Come in!" The older man opening the door he woudl keep a hand on Mal's shoulder guiding him into the room. "What....Gift." was all Mal heard before he looked up to find a disgusting sight. Two young boys, where sleeping at the end of the bed half wrapped up in the blankets yet covered head too toe in bruises...he couldn't help but frown seeing. "You received another gift of goodwill from your....business partners.." the old man said pushing Malyne forward. TO yet again of Malynes disgust he would a heavily obese middle aged man sporting sloppy messy looking facial hair on his neck and triple chin. He would be in his underwear taking a hit of a hookah making a gesture for Malyne to come over.

Once approached the large overweight Mer he would find something that he did not expect, a simply ruffle of his shoulder length shaggy hair. "Aren't you adorable" he said with a wheeze. "Would you care to take off your cloak please?" he asked in a all to polite voice. He would be baffled at first, but none the less Malyne would slip off his cloak showing the torn up rags that exposed all the fake bruises. "Oh my! Such a beautiful boy! Come! Sit next too me!" he said patting a spot on the bed next to where he sat. Hesitantly but surely Malyne would sit down next too him avoiding eye contact. "So tell me boy, do you like food?" keeping his gaze tot he stone floor he would gently nod. "So adorable..your shy! I always did love the bashful ones...but these clothes..." he said gently pinching the fabric "They won't do no...." The fat Mer patted Mal's back "I'm going to get you some new clothes!" rubbing his chubby chin he woudl suddenly snap his fingers "Tell me, what food do you like?" he asked gently rubbing the boys back. "I uhh....umm...n-nix hound....s-scrib j-jelly.....a-ashland yams...." as soon as he was done speaking he would clap his hands looking too the older Mer "So be it! You fetch this boy clothes he deserves and prepare him a meal with me for tonight!" "Of course sir, come with me again please young one. " Malyne would get up to follow what he assumed now was a butler.

It was now in this moment that he realized that even monsters act, and look just like us. He realized that they where everything his brother said. That not all where Daedra, or Where Wolves or even Vampires and Daedra. But that many where Man, Mer, and Best. That they hide among us without no one giving them a second a glance, that they hide behind a false mask and that it's possible anyone he met could be a living horror despite how sweet and kind they acted....and now tonight he had to remove one from Nirn.

_________________________________________________
Later that very day......

"Good, now you are all dressed, wait here and i'll fetch you shortly once the dinner is done. " Malyne only nodded as the butler left the room leaving him alone. "Weird place." Mal said speaking to himself as he looked around the room. It would look like a simple a lounge room, some nice high end benches, pillows and mats spread out around the room along with bookshelves and some display cases. "I wonder..." he muttered walking to inspect the cases. The young boy would sigh in annoyance to find nothing useful in them, just swords that where far too large to carry and antique silverware.

"So much for that..."he muttered laying down on the bench curling up in a ball a bit. He would lay there for a awhile for what woudl only seem to like forever. Soon enough he would start tearing up clenching his fists. "I don't want to be here..."he whimpered. "I want to go home...I don't want too hurt anyone.....I don't want to kill..." the young boy was close to breaking. Before he could start really cry the door would open, the butler woudl be there with a cart baring wide arrange of freshly cooked foods. "Come with me." Immediately Malyne woudl wipe his eyes getting up to follow him. He would take him down a different path, this time on the same floor. The butler would stop at once at the door causing Mal to bump into him. "Don't fight him.....It only angers him and makes it worse..." the old man said with sympathetic frown before opening the door.

"Ah! Wonderful!" the old man said with excitement, it would be another bedroom but this one would have four Large stained glass windows, with a large tree just right outside of them. A table for two, the large king sized bed against the wall along with a a pile of pillows around a fireplace and a hookah. "Come boy, sit and eat with me! Eat until your fill!" he said gesturing for him to sit which Malyne obediently did. Sitting in the chair he would let out a sigh as the butler made there plates, making sure to give the fat man much more for obvious reasons.

He would pour both of them a tall glass of wine before he bowed and left the room closing the door behind him. "I hope you enjoy the food, the old fool is damn good cook! I bet even the three themselves would adore his food!" he said starting to dig in. "Mmm! So much flavor! And the Nix hound steak, so juicy! Thank the three!" seeing the man gorge himself on the food like glutton suddenly made him lose his appetite, the fact he he snorted and got winded eating certainly didn't help. "Come boy! Eat, I insist." he said with disturbing friendly. Taking a in deep breath Malyne would pick up his steak knife and fork and slowly start too eat. "Such lovely pretty hair, too think someone woudl gift a boy so divine." He held back grimace as he ate. "And that bashfulness only makes you so much more cuter!" slowly tuning him out it would hit him....the steak knife! "I just need to wait until hes not paying attention and slip the knife in sleeve or take it and make my move." he said thinking in his head.

After some time of very uncomfortable and admittedly scary eating the old man would insist on him sitting bye the fire place with him. "W-why d-don't we go to bed?" Malyne asked forcing a sweet innocent smile. "Oh my..." the fat bastard would get a almost evil grin, one unlike he sported all day. "B-but please....c-close your eyes. I w-want it to be a surprise." "Oh you are my favorite already." he said practically sprinting for the bed. "Probably the most running hes done his whole life..." Malyne muttered with a sigh of relief. "But its working...."

The old man would have stripped himself and got under the blanket waiting giggling to himself. "So how long must I wait?" he asked. "J-just a minute!" Malyne shouted back across the room. Taking a few long deep breathes he would pick up the steak knife silently over to his side of the bed. Perhaps it was fear but he just stood there having a death grip on the hilt of the blade. "No hesitation....you've done this..." said to himself in his head. Letting out one last large exhale he would tap his shoulder under the covers. "I'm ready." The old man eagerly pulled his head up from the covers....before he even knew it he would feel a cold metal pierce his throat, is eyes widening in horror as he reached up to his neck feeling a hot crimson liquid gush down. Pulling the knife Malyne would stab him in his chest as hard as he could burying it in his chest. He kept eye contact with him the whole time. Suddenly to man would start choking on his blood. "Y-y-y" was all he could utter as he stared into the boys crimson eyes while life slowly faded from his.

"I did it...I killed him...he's gone..." Malyne said to himself as he slowly backed away and turned staring at the fire. "There is no going back now..." he said sitting back at the table. So many emotions and thoughts rushing through his head he could help but squeeze his eyes shut and hold his head. After a few minutes he would stand up with eyes darting around the room. "I gotta leave..." he said picking up a chair smashing one of the windows with it. As soon as he did he heard foot steps rush down the hall, within that second he would jump out and make his way back into the wilderness too hide.

Chapter 5, Age 15.

"So what would you like for dinner?" a slightly older, all black Khajit woman said as she took a seat next too a sore and tired Dunmer. "Ashland yams...nix hound steak...and rolls with scrib jelly....and a cinnamon roll...." the Khajit merely crossed her arms "And what do you say?" "Sorry, please?" he asked giving her a faint smile. "Better, you just sit there and hold tight." she said getting to leave. "Wait!" he shouted. "Yes?" she raised a brow, her ears flickered and she turned around. "Can uuhh she join me?" he said pointing through the open door down at a Redguard woman that looked possibly a year older if not his age.

The Khajit merely smirked "Of course, just allow me to get her." with that said the Khajit would turn to walk down the hall, she couldn't help but giggle. "My little boy is growing up so fast." As she approached the girl she got a much better look. It was one of the newer house servants, she had no idea what her hair was like seeing as he kept a wrap around her hair. "Sweety." she said gently tapping her shoulder. "Yes ma'am?" she said jumping a bit. "The young master wished for you join him for a meal." At that moment thoughts rushed in her head. Which one? Why? What does he want? Where only a few that ran across her mind before she obediently nodded and went with too the dining room.

As she escorted the girl she glanced and noticed a nasty scar across her neck as if she got her throat slit, upon looking she also noticed how nervous she appeared. "This one promises, it will all be okay." she said giving her a reassuring look. "Here she is Malyne" the Khajit spoke with a bow, pulling a chair out for the Redguard said, it was the chair closer to the end where Mal sat. "And what would you like too eat?" "Whatever he is..." she said quickly not really sure what too say. "Of course, I will be back shortly with your meals." she said leaving the room.

The Reguard kept looking at Malyne then the table, confusion and fear sweeping through her. "He's my age....what if just wants too touch me...Oh gods please no..." she would keep her hands below the table clenching them in fear of the possibility of being forced to be his play thing.

"H-hello...how are y-you?" Malyne spoke in perfect Yokudan. The Redguard jumped a bit, even a bit surprised. She gulped and hesitantly spoke up in Dunmeri. "I don't speak that sir...just Dunmeri..." "Was that what he wanted? Someone to practice another language with?' she thought. Malyne silently mouthed "oh.." before he awkwardly looked down....to say he felt embarrassed would be a understatement. He felt like a complete and utter idiot.

He looked down with a faint frown, the embarrassment was clear. "My apologies...." he said a bit softly speaking Dunmeri again. She relaxed a bit, still confused but not exactly feeling fear anymore. He looked far too bashful and timid to be the kind to force her to pleasure him. "I'm sure you spoke that well though." she blurted. He wasn't sure how but Malyne somehow found some comfort bye that. "Oh..uhh thank you..." he looked back up at her. She was taken off a bit, his scarlet eyes lacked the twisted sick darkness many Dunmer had. "Oh! I'm Malyne..." he said awkwardly standing up with a polite bow stumbling a bit, despite not needing to get up from the table. "I'm Iszara..." she said with her fear now fading away. "A pleasure Iszara....pretty name." he said with a awkward nervous smile.

Iszara woudl have been nervous herself if it wasn't for the fact she was nervous as well. "Thank you sir." she said bowing her head. "Oh you call me Malyne...i'm not really much of a sir." She merely nodded. "So you uuhh...where born here in Morrowind then?" he asked constantly glancing away from her big brown eyes. "Yes, I was taught too speak Dunmeri...my mama died giving birth and papa was sold to someone else." she resting her hands on the table top. Malyne frowned a bit. "Oh...I'm sorry...If I can ask who raised you then?"

"If I can ask?" she thought, she was baffled, he was a slave master, she was a slave. Why is he asking and not demanding? "Oh, just some Dunmer slaves...they got sold too..." "Oh..." he once again said feeling awkward and stupid. "Idiot!" Malyne shouted in his head. "Can I ask you a question s- I mean Malyne?". Malyne would nod eagerly "Of course." "What did you want from me?" she said curiosity filling her tone.

Malyne not really noticing immeitadly thought she didn't really care to be there and wanted to get away. "Oh I....I just didn't want too eat alone." he stared down at the table twiddling his thumbs. "I'm sorry you can go if you want." Her big brown eyes widened certainly not expecting the answer, she suddenly felt some kind of pity for him. He must have been the one she heard all the slaves talk about, the one that hid from everyone and everything with only books and the Khajit for friends. "Oh, it's okay...what food is being served?" she asked speaking a bit sweetly. Malyne glancing up yet again "Nix hound steak, ashland yams, some cinnamon rolls..." "I like nix hound meat...never had a cinnamon roll...heard of them. Are they good?" she spoke changing her tone too sound more friendly. "Oh, it's really good! Very sweet and unlike other snacks..it comes from human kingdoms." She gave him a small smile.

The Kahjit peeked around the corner, a smile crept it's way onto her face once she saw Malyne look and smile at her. "So adorable!" she said ecstatically under her breath. She pushed a cart into the room, as she walked into the room he ebony tail swung from side too side. She served the two there meals, setting down two plates of fresh food along with a a plate stacked with cinnamon rolls for later. "Tell this one if you anything else Malyne." she said smiling at before walking off.

__________
Some time later....

The Khajit came back, she was just now taking all the empty plates putting them on a cart and out of the room. She hid a small frown as she passed a tall Dunmer dressed in full armor leaning against the doorway. AS Malyne spoke it wouldn't take very long for him to notice Monroe standing there looking at him with displeased eyes. "I...excuse me Isz I have some pressing matters to attend." she merely nodded "It's fine th-" before she could speak Malyne cut her off "Thank you for eating with me Sera" he said somewhat frantic as he quickly got up and walked away from her towards the doorway.

As he approached the doorway, Monroe stood there eyeing him like a hawk. "You know what you are boy. You know and I both know what you are doing is pointless." Malyne looked down avoiding all eye contact. "I know, weapons don't have feelings like love or compassion, they are not meant for me." he said in a weak and defeated voice. "Good, now it's time to train," he said kicking Malyne square in the back, compared to most times. Malyne didn't fall, merely stumbled forward a bit and kept walking.

"So if I complete this contract, I will be accepted in the Morag Tong then?" Malyne said a bit nervous as he looked down at the papers layed out before him on table. "Yes, if you can kill this man, getting married Cyrodill then if proves you can handle the basic common difficulty contract. " Malyne merely nodded as he read over them. "Okay so, wanted for murder of a Ordinator captain....four tribunal priests...and selling skooma? Is he really wanted dead that bad?" he asked tilting his head. "It would seem so." Monroe said leaning back in his chair. "So....any advice?" Malyne asked setting the papers down. "Advice? Hmm, well he's marrying some nobles daughter to either pose a guest or servant...though unless you want to get chased down i'd suggest maybe get the groom all alone....or...poison something of his."

Malyne looked down at the papers with a heavy sigh. "Alright so I given the date I'll leave tomorrow" "Sounds good Malyne, but I should tell you something." "Yes?" he said raising a brow. "Monroe leaned forward, a serious cold look on his face. "Don't fuck this up, or I will make you regret it." Malyne stared in him the eyes, he felt fear but only for a brief moment. At this point in his life he know he could take Monroe in fight, if not at the very least take him down. But for reasons he couldn't even understand he nodded "Understood.", and with that said he stood up picking up his papers and walking out of the room. Monroe layed back in his chair propping his feet up on the table. "He's finally showing back bone...about damn time."

2 hours later.

Iszara gently knocked on the door of Malyne's bedroom, she smiled as she held a tray with a platter of neatly cut up roast beef and a assortment of vegetables, it would be some Imperial dish that smelled good too say the least. "Hope he likes this..." she said under her breath. "Wait a minute!" Malyne shouted from behind the door, fumblign and stumbling could be heard "OUCH FUCKING N"WAH THAT HURT LIKE A KHAJIT IN HEAT!" Isz smile went from that of confusion, she cocked a brow taking a step back muttering "The fuck is he doing...." As soon as she was done speaking the door would open He would look like he dressed himself in a hurry, mainly due to the fact his shirt was on backwards. "Uhh...May I come in Mal? I made you dinner!" she said offering a smile. "Oh, of course, please come in!" the Dunmer said giving a nobles bow inviting her into the room. She stepped in as Mal closed the door behind her. She set the tray of food on his desk that had papers scattered, with documents she barely payed attention and paintings she couldn't help but stare at. "You didn't have to make me dinner you know." he said scratching the side of his head. "Nonsense Malyne, if I didn't then we both know you would have skipped it." she said moving to sit at the edge of his bed.

Malyne pulled at the chair from his desk turning it around too face Isz "Alright you got me there, sorry I didn't look for you today, Monroe had...well a contract for me." he said with a sigh of annoyance. The redguard frowned "Oh it's okay Mally, you and I both know bye now you can't be expected to always keep me company. Besides, you're a noble...a soon to be assassin...i'm just a simple slave who's going to probably be sold off too somone else anyways once they realize my condition." Malyne frowned "I beg you're pardon! I happen to think you're condition only makes you more beautiful than Almelixia, Dibella, and Mara combined could ever hope too be! Also when I can I will make sure to take you with me I find somewhere to live where my brother can't find me..." Isz blushed at his compliment, after a year of knowing this young Mer she thought she would be used to hsi compliments by now. "Thank you Mally." she said a gentle smile spread on her lips, only to turn into a giggle.

"What is so funny?" he said putting his hands on his hips. "You're uhh...shirt. It's on backwords." she said gently placing her hands in her lap. "Oh, I knew that." "Oh i'm sure you did silly." "I'm not silly...."he said "I'm serious..."he said removing his shirt. Iszara would giggle again only to blush seeing his body, oddly enough despite knowing him for a year she never saw him shirtless, and too say, despite his age he looked older due to the great shape Monroe kept him in.

As soon as Malyne completely removed his shirt his bedroom door would open, the all black Khajit, the woman like mother opened the door "Malyne! I-" she stopped mid sentence, mouth hanging wide open as she saw the boy raised shirtless and in front of Isz who was sitting on his bed staring at him. "I....will come back later." she said awkwardly shutting the door. Both Malyne and Isz where blushing, completely dumbfounded at what just happened. "I'm....not going to hear the end of that...." Malyne said squeezing his eyes shut as he pulled his tunic back on. "What if I told her we did-" she got cut off the door opened again at that crack. "This one wants to remind you to use a potion for protection!" "MA!" Malyne shouted in complete embarrassment and annoyance as the door shut, for good this time.

Isz bursted into a fit of laughter. "Oh come now, at least shes looking out for you." "Yes but i'm a trained and skilled assassin, I think I know to have you drink a potion." he said with some fustration in his tone. "I suppose." she said with a shrug. "So are you going to eat that meal I worked hard on for you or are you going to just stand there and change clothes in front of me?" she said teasingly. "I..uhh.." he blushed simply picking the up the tray sitting down and putting it on his lap. He took the fork quickly taking a bite. "Silly Dunmer." she said putting a elbow on her leg resting her chin in her palm. "So you like it?" she said eagerly waiting for a answer. Malyne nodded quickly starting to shovel in the food. "Mhhmm! Didn't know you could cook this well!" he said with mouthful of food. "Well I can't...I...may have just had the chef make it..." she said giggling with a innocent smile. Malyne quickly covered his mouth full of food trying not too laugh.

After he was finished his food he would set the tray down behind him. "Oh! Isz I made something for you!" he said rather eagerly jumping up and getting on his hands and knees reaching under his bed. "Oh? What is it?" she asked looking down at him with a curious look. Malyne pulled out a rolled up scroll, handing it too her. "Unroll it." he said biting down on his bottom lip, impatient too see her face. Iszara looked up at Malyne, then at the scroll slowly opening it. As she did she would discover a well done oil painting of her face. "Oh Mally...that's so sweet!" she said staring at it, before shooting up, standing up on top of his bed to kiss the tall Mer on his cheek. "I swear you're the kindest sweetest Dunmer to ever come out of Morrowind." she said giving him a hug. "Thank you Isz...you know...i'll be leaving tomorrow for this contract...you know this right?" he said pulling her away looking down, his crimson eyes staring into her big brown ones. "Oh...that soon huh?" she said hiding a frown. Malyne simply nodded. "I'm afraid so Isz..." she reach up and touching the hair that fell down at his chest. "Then could I could I play with your hair tonight?" she asked twirling a few strands of his hair around her finger. He gave a soft smile before he spoke. "Alright sure, why not." he said sitting down on the floor leaning back at the foot board of his bed. Isz would lay on her stomach grabbing his brush making it neatly brushed before she absentmindedly put various braids in it.

Two days later

The sun slowly rose as Malyne let out a long drawn out yawn as he approached the Imperial city. The only thing out would the guards, birds, drunks where either stumbling home, guards changed shifts, or nocturnal animals made there way to find somewhere too sleep. He would be dressed like a common Dunmer traveler, his long thick black cloak covering most of his body with the hood up.

He directed his horse to a specific more high end inn, binding the horses reins in the stable. Taking his bags and sword he would walk into the inn seeing a young bar maid lighting candles, getting things ready for the day. "Pardon." Malyne spoke softly. The young Imperial nearly jumped as she spun around. "Yes?" she said clutching onto the rag she held. "Is there a room I may rent?" he asked adjusting the sword at his hip. "A bit late to get a room isn't it?" he asked raising a brow. "I've got money." he spoke jingly a small palm sized sack of gold septims. "Alright, that will work." she said going behind the bar grabbing a key, gesturing for Mal to follow her. She lead him upstairs unlocking a door revealing a nice room with two windows. a desk, dresser ,and double sized bed. "Thank you.." Mal said handing her the coins. Before she left the room she counted the coins. "How long will be staying here sir?" she asked a bit baffled at the amount. "For a few weeks." she merely nodded "Of course, enjoy you're stay." with that said she would leave the room closing the door behind her.

Malyne locked the door and set his things down. He removed multiple daggers all hidden on his person along with his cloak. He would have stripped himself down too his trousers making his way over too the bed merely falling onto it passing out withing seconds....leaving his clothes and weapons all over the room.
