Reliza is tall and thin. He has neck-length plum hair he likes to keep pulled mostly back, and pigmentless eyes.

Reliza certainly is not for the simple things in life. He often wears extravagant, bright clothing.

Reliza's sense of humor is considerably cruel, sexual, and insulting.

Reliza is very selective to whom he devotes him time to; mostly people that he feels can protect him or that are similar to him in nature. Reliza is a parasite in many conditions, though he does have friends. The difference is usually easy to decipher. Normally, in public, he is loud, rude, and rowdy. He is a quite different person in private—he is actually rather shy, and gentle.

Reliza worships the Tribunal loosely. He is not super religious, but he will pray to them in times of great need.
