I don't want to nosey around in anything, but it's come to my attention that there have been a couple of officers leaving lately and whatnot. This is not specifically towards anyone; it's just a concern I have. Elsy has posted a forum talking about us needing more officers, as we certainly do. I want to address a few things about the guildmaster here, that's all.
1.) As officers can step down, it is not that simple for the guildmaster. When an officer leaves, she has to clean up their mess. She has to find and push for new officers to take that position. The guildmaster cannot just leave like an officer can, the guild will FALL APART!!!!!!!!!!!! And the more officers that leave, the more the guild falls apart, too! I understand, as we all do, that some people have things that come up and that's totally okay. Just give some indication if you can, please? A warning? Time for preparation? Pleaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaase.
2.) Nothing will ever change if you have complaints, and never share or address them!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Come on, pleaaaaaaaaase????????????????? Tell people who can change things if you are concerned and want things to change! Because they won't change if they aren't ever addressed.
