Short in stature with large watchful eyes and an air of preparedness from her braided head to her well-worn boots. Usually wears dark blue and black armor while wielding two swords and occasionally a bow.

Found in the bitter cold snows of the North by a norn hunter, Alena Nightwind spent her childhood in the mountains of Skyrim. It is beleived that she was abandoned due to a werewolf attack that claimed a nearby village. Having been bitten and left with only the name "Nightwind" on a small pouch around her neck, there were no signs of her parents or any other family. Raised in a Norn household her mannerisms do not match that of a normal Bosmeri woman. She can hunt, run, fight, and drink just as well as any man or mer, yet despite her rough exterior, she has a heart of gold and the ability to see the best in others.
Unfortunately despite growing with the curse, Alena finds it difficult to contorl the beast within and requires regular doses of Wolvesbane, and prefers to live the life of a traveler guarding merchant caravans and the like. Feeling lost and without a home, she is always seeking the family she never knew.
Timeline Update:
Alena has learned to master the inner beast without the aid of wolfsbane. She has a young son, Mertek, who is the light of her life and is now raising him with the help of once enemy turned lover, the Witchfinder Sebastian Grey.
TImeline Update:
Despite LaFlonte having been dealt with and a new daughter, Gavrielle, brought into the world, problems once more have arisen with Grey struggling with long buried demons from the past. Desperate to protect her mate, Alena has grown frustrated and increasingly volatile of late, specificly toward Hloriella whom confronted Grey about his past...
Timeline Update:
After several recent events Grey and Alena have split apart; Grey has since left Vulkwasten with their infant daughter Gavrielle while Alena remains with Mertek.
