The tavern, the large tree in the town, is the most common gathering place. The tavern is run by Styletta and it's official name is the "Tall Trunks Tavern,"

Above the tavern on the second floor is merchant storage.

Above the tavern on the third floor is the clinic (you need to do a small quest to get there, just ask someone to help you if you need it, or join someone's group)

Most houses are owned by NPCs.

Vulkwasten is located near the middle of Malabal Tor, if you need help getting there just ask.
