Your Favorite Villain

Everybody loves a villain. They are quite important to many stories. I want to hear what your favorite villain is. Don't lock yourself just to super-villains either, they can be from any form of media. Literature, movies, TV, comics. Which one is your favorite?

One of my favorites is The Joker (yes, I know I said don't lock to just supervillains). I could honestly go on forever about the joker, but basically I like him because he's not super, he's just a human, a crazy human. I also think he embodies one of the purest forms of chaotic evil. Evil for chaos' sake.

So what your favorite?

I like villains like the Joker that you just love to hate.

But my favorites villains are probably the ones that you love and hate like Crowley and Meg from Supernatural, Klaus from The Originals.

I know there's more but I can't think of them at the moment. So right now, it would probably be Crowley. I get all giddy every time I see he's going to be on an episode and when he does something ultra villain-y, I can't help but cheer for him a little inside. :p

Crowley is fantastic! I love the exploration into him with the whole turning him human, seeing him go soft, "I just want to be loved!" Maybe it was over the top, but I really enjoyed it. Also if anybody has watched "Heroes", Samuel Sullivan is amazing. I like that he's all about his family, its all about his family. Slowly though he feels like his family has betrayed him, that certain people aren't family, and he has to get rid of them, and then he becomes more the villain. Interesting motivations.

My favorite Villian of all time has to be Ultron. And not the stupid movie Ultron one that was created by Tony ((WHO WAS NOT EVEN HIS REAL CREATOR))
I mean comic series one created by Hank Pym. I liked him because he was really programmed to 'save the human race' and he realized that the human race worst threat is them selves so he actually does all these f*** up things to 'save humans'. I mean when he was created he brainwashed his own creator into forgetting that he built a robot to save the world so he can improve himself in secret.
Its just sad to me that the last Ultron comic series was really dumb and the Avengers movie did him zero justice imo.
Also without Ultron we would not have vision who is the best android NA EU WORLD. Vision also married Scarlet witch

Oh man, too many to count...I think my tops are:

Hans Landa from Inglourious Basterds for his absolutely endearing mannerisms and opportunistic nature.

Dagoth Ur from Morrowind, for his poetic, gentlemanly, backwards insanity.

Skull kid from Majora's mask due to his playful trickery and lonely, misguided nature.

I also adore the Joker, his chaotic nature is something we can all relate to on some level. I have more, just can't think of em >.>

I thought that scene was great! And this season when they introduced his mother, you can see why he was like that deep down. The actor is just wonderful. He played a bad guy in another show I watched and I loved him on that too. He's just so goo at getting you to hate/love him.
