Le guard ranks (edit dis shtuff)

This thread is for the use and recognition of the guard ranks. For a long time we've mainly had the Captain of the guard, and their assistant Lieutenant, but it was about time that the other little guards would be given their own ranks. Guards will be promoted to a higher rank based on their service time and valor. Those of higher ranks do not exactly push around guards, but help keep things in order in case a leader or other guard is absent or is in need of permission for so and so reason; a chain of command.
