So! A while back there was a thread that discussed what theme song your character would have. This thread is kinda like that, but instead of a theme song, it's more so what music or songs (if any) do you play when you are rping?

To get into character, I listen to a LOT of music, some things are for generic moods like sad events, fights, action-y things, others are more carefully chosen for the character or role.

What sorts of music do you all listen to that reflect your little rp puppets?
Do you have any specific themes you use to get into character?

Generic Action things:
Various Epic music

Generic Sad things:
Amnesia theme
Really depressing music

Fedris:
Cowboy Bebop OST
The toasters: I'm Running right through the world.

Hloriella:
Spice and Wolf OST

I listen to music when I am on my PC at all, every time, no matter if its 30 seconds or 10 hours. And with that comes a lot of variety of things (its all rock in case you don't like rock dont listen to everything looking for something that isn't rock.) also i will put a label on the music if it is considered a religious genre though most of it isn't very religious Disciple and maybe something else may be so if you are sensitive to religious lyrics YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

In general:

Bullet for My Valentine (sometimes explicit)
Begging for mercy (gory lyrics)

Prince of Persia OST (instru-metal)
Track one (repeatable track)

For Haj'Nar:

Nine Lashes (christian)
Write it Down

Red (christian)
Innocence and Instinct (the entire album)

For Niltsiel:

Disciple (christian)
Remedy

other than all of the music most of those bands have, I also listen to Skillet, Chevelle, Breaking Benjamin, Downplay, Starset, Evanescence, etc. while playing, no specific songs came to mind though.
