Unique NPC Clothing

I would enjoy if anyone who finds unique clothing or clothing done in a unique design(that is not obtainable to your believe or you think it may possibly not be obtainable) (and on an NPC of some sort, hence the title) puts it here so everyone may see. Here are two I found upon the making of this thread:

If anyone finds a way to obtain any clothing put here or if it is by default obtainable then that way should be put here, but the post of the item shall stay in case anyone else thought it was unique (THIS INCLUDES CLOTHING LIGHT,MEDIUM AND HEAVY ARMOR)

Guess what? MORE (also the shoulders i am unsure if they have a regular version or not that is obtainable) this is the dunmer addition I guess *shrug* two completely different locations

What is the name of that piece of clothing with the gold weave on the shoulders? It looks really cool.

I would like to know as well, or at least if it exists. I also noticed something the acolytes were wearing in that place on their shoulders but didn't check to see if it's craftable or not.

Oh, I misunderstood I thought it was yours. So this was just on an npc?

All of these clothes are on NPCs *cough* hence the name unique NPC clothing. This is a thread in the search for clothing of which we are missing in game for our characters. (also an idea to stylize and fix up clothing at a tailor in the future possibly?)
