30th of Sun's Height
I have travelled to a small town in the Valenwood territory, in a region called Malabal Tor. Its a sleepy town but a lot does happen when one isn't looking. Just today, I had to heal a number of the citizens after some disgusting slavers tried to "reclaim" their lost "property", a dunmer woman. There were others present to help me take care of these vile creatures. Two other dunmer and myself took it upon ourselves to free the poor girl. We managed to drive away the slavers and I took the woman up to the clinic with others who were injured from the fight. I healed the girl and another guard. The male was also injured, but had minor maladies compared to the rest. Well, I healed all three and then another one. She was apparently cut up quite bad and her friend had patched her up. It was a very hectic day and I must say I am very exhausted. Haven't had to heal this number of people since Cyrodiil.
Whats even worse is that the dunmer woman has no will of her own. The slavers must have broken her spirit long ago. She said her name is Iryseis. And I doubt she has anything to her name except herself. I've taken it upon myself to help this girl discover the true meaning of freedom in Tamriel. Perhaps she will find her way in the world and come to love all that the gods provide.
And is the clinic really a place to get intimate with another? I guess children will be children...they never seem to learn. No matter. I will look after them all.
Its high time to get back to work. I should send a letter to the Chantry and explain my whereabouts. There is this issue of a nirnquake...I have been meaning to look into it.
