Thieving Group
-So it looks like the town either has law abiding citizens or super evil characters. Can we do a middle ground? Would anyone have a character that works for that? Maybe a band of thieves? Elsy is Neutral Good by nature, and may be able to organize some form of spy group or scouting group. But then of course that's mostly good aligned. So maybe that won't quite work.
