OFFICER MEETING NOTES
9/1/15
Reports from the officer(s) of their departments.
Diplomacy (Haj) - Going good. We brought back some old members, including some others. Our festival got us back on the radar. We received A LOT of good feedback because of this. Our event was fabulouuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuus.
Scribe (Mullet, who never showed up) - Nothing much… except that Mullet can’t seem to find the origins of his pants…
Roster – 6 new people, 3 old members back!
Commerce - (Ali-jam with peanut butter) – (Copied from TS) “I've been keeping up with the raffle n junk, and I've asked Aim if I could pass out prizes myself instead of her doing it, because I thought it'd be a little easier on her and make more sense, since I handle the raffle. She hasn't been here in a couple days, though, to my knowledge. Unless she was on last night, of course. The document thingy Elsy and Aim made makes the raffle a little easier, too, and it's pretty rad. I made a mistake last raffle and put tier 4 when I meant tier 3, I'm sorry if that confused some people.”
C00l s7uff – Elder scrolls exchange has asked Elsy originally to help with a large trading event thingy of theirs, NON RP. We may get others to help within the guild if they so please. We may see to asking to “Extend the invitation.” Kogo Onei is also going to be recruiting for their IC group within the guild. The cool agent stealthy scout stabby killy stuff.
Issues! – Clinic is LOCKED to low levels!!!!! D,: F*** YOU ZENI, F*** YOU. YOU DIDN’T “FIX” ANYTHING. But in seriousness, we may have to relocate the clinic. Or possibly, on Sunday nights, we could run through the quest really quick with the low-leveled characters. But the best decision is to get a healer or something really quick if someone’s hurt. We noticed the clinic was being abused, almost. People using it to get away ICly to get into private convos, which isn’t what a clinic is for.
