Build: vr16 magica Tamplar, Breton.
Boss: Lightning Storm Atronach
Location: Aetherian Archive, trial
Things to watch out for:
*ensure that a sufficient armor/spell resistance is kept at all times. Sword&board is the best choice as it may give you an edge (my build runs 5P light, 1heavy and 1 med.)
*mitigations are a matter of life and death - damage shields, wards - keep them at all times.
*AOE storm mechanics - when the atro raises it's hand into air, look out for a glowing golden circle. If you do not make it there in time you will be killed by increasing aoe ticks. Be mindful, move to it as soon as it is spotted - the boss attacks often put snare which may be deadly if you have to run across the entire map.
*resource management - be it magic or stam build, manage your resources very carefully. Stamina is essential as if you do not hold block in the melee range you will likely lose 3/4 of your HP on single impact. Do not rush - take it slow and steady, watch your stamina at all times!
Tips:
*One and main thing here is to be mobile while hovering around the center of the boss room. This way you are unlikely to have to cross an entire map for safety when Lightning Phase begins.
Be mindful of the terrain, resources and timing, and keep fighting :D
