A small, neatly-made box of rough gray stone is sitting by the stairs leading to the Fighter's Guild Hall. Above it is hangs an enchanted piece of parchment, conveniently informing the local resident of the purpose for the said box - a means to communicate with the local Chapter while Magus is away or otherwise engaged in various Guild activities.

Elsy slipped a neatly folded letter into the box. The handwriting would be that of a tired hand recording words from a mind moving too quickly, though she would have attempted to make it a bit more legible by tracing over the words that seemed to lack any hope of decryption.

Bethany, my friend,

A certain member of our community has expressed to me concerns for a friend of his. It seems the town's daedra problem is putting him off-kilter. While I, along with this person, are concerned for his friend, there are a few complications that would make it difficult to seek any sort of... medical attention. I was writing in hopes you would help, or could point us in the direction of help.

Mok's friend is a scamp. Obviously this means he's not allowed into town, and there are certain... legalities, that would make finding aide difficult. While I'm not condoning the existence of daedra, as pets, friends, or otherwise, in our town, I would like to see that Mok is no longer concerned about his friend. Additionally, the sooner we can aide his friend, the sooner his friend can be safely bound again.

That is where the issue lies, or at least, how I interpreted the issue - the surrounding daedra are interfering and disrupting the bind. And I don't much care for any more loose daedra wandering around.

Mok was afraid to ask you himself because he knows Gnarlus used you for many things, and every time all you tried to do was help him. He hated to ask you to do more for him on top of that. And while he's no longer Gnarlus, he knows Gnarlus did a lot of bad, and he doesn't want you to think he's bad too.

Anyhow, if you need more information I do recommend speaking to Mok. If you cannot help, I understand. You were the first that came to my mind and who I consider to be the best for the job. If perhaps you know someone who would be able to help, that would be useful information as well.

Thank you,
Elsy

~After what seemed like an eternity, the Magister Hawke had finally managed to organize the mess the Chapter paperwork had become, of late. Placing a freshly created parchment on the small wooden box just below the rampart, Bethany finally nodded with small satisfaction as the protective spell would prevent the notice to be torn away by wind. Next to it, was a small board where in future, she planned to post notices and occasional one-off contracts for the willing volunteers...~
