Bloodwitch Strowen, I like the idea of people that do things to themselves to extend or enhance their life, and it makes them not quite human, something more sinister. Also, strowen looks like stowin', cause she's stowin' away her blood.

The belfry mad one, can't stop thinking about the Joker for some reason. In a cartoon he references himself as crazy cause he's "Got Bats in my Belfry!" I kind of want a hallucination of a steeple church, a sort of locational mirage that appears in random places and lures people into it, and they are drawn to the belfry where a laughing jester kills them.
Also martyr maven, cause anyone that makes their victims relive terrible deaths multiple times before finishing them off is truly terrifying.
