First, tell us your name and age.
I'm @Terrorloc or J'maaq, depending on what you want to call me.
Is there something you'd like to tell whoever might be reading this?
Yes.
Where are you from and where do you live?
I am from Robertson, NSW, Australia (The place with the didgeridoo) which is famous for its giantturd potato.
What are your nicknames? What do you prefer to be called?
My nicknames are Jamie, Chris P. Bacon and Mr. Bogan Fairy Queen. I prefer to be called Chris P. Bacon or Mr. Bacon.
What books on your shelf are begging to be read?
None. Books can't beg. Oh, you mean what books do I want to read that I haven't yet? Where's Wally (Waldo for the Yanks*) because WHERE THE F*CK IS HE!?!??! Also the million and one Star Wars: EU books I haven't read yet.
How often do you doodle? What do your doodles look like?
He he he. Doodle. *Cough* Well, I draw every now and then, and they usually look likepenises mythological creatures or some weird non-sexual shape.
What do you do if you can’t sleep at night? Do you count sheep? Toss and Turn? Try to get up and do something productive?
I think, and think, and think until I can't anymore and my brain keels over for the night.
How many days could you last in solitary confinement? How would you do it?
If I could bring one book, take how long it takes me to read it and times it by 100.
If I could bring any amount of books I wanted then literally forever.
If I have to literally sit in a room for as long as possible I would last a day before dying of terminal boredom.
Do you save old greeting cards and letters? Throw them away?
Depends on how old they are, who gave them to me and how funny they are.
I keep ones from my early childhood.
I keep ones that are funny no matter who gave them to me.
I keep ones from my close family, funny or not.
Anything else I chuck or put into a vacuum sealed drawer.
When making an entrance in to a party, do you make your presence known? Do you slip in and look for someone you know? Do you sneak in quietly and find a safe spot to roost?
At a completely average party where I know one or two people, none of my close friends are there and I can't be antisocial I'm the bartender or I'm the walking around, completely bored while drinking 4 litres of coke and everyone approaches me because my shirt is hilarious.
What is your strongest sense? If you had to give one up, which would it be?
My strongest sense is probably hearing because I have eavesdropped on every conversation within a 50m radius, although it could be site because I've been told that I am apparently one of the best sight-readers my music teacher's ever seen. If I had to lose one it would be Eagle Vision because I hate thinking too hard and seeing everybody glow blue.
How many times a day do you look at yourself in the mirror?
Every time I go to the bathroom because that mirror is literally a wall. Seriously, the doors where I keep my towels are mirrors.
What is the strangest thing you believed as a child?
Spiders are natural creatures placed on this Earth by an all powerful and benevolent God and that they are completely harmless, not demons and Australia is a wonderful place to be because the spiders are so common and fascinating.
What is one guilty pleasure you enjoy too much to give up?
World of Warcraft
Who performs the most random acts of kindness out of everyone you know?
Me. I once bought 10 packets of Maltesers (Look it up Yanks*) to eat during the break of one of the performances I was doing, but instead of eating them all I just gave them out to the Orchestra, Stage Crew and Back-up Vocals. A.K.A. The Unsung Heroes. I may be biased.
How often do you read the newspaper? Which paper? Which sections?
Once a year. The Daily Telegraph. Front page.
Which animals scare you most? Why?
Animals don't really scare me (I am Australian, everything here wants to kill you so there's nothing to be scared of) but the eight legged demons that crawl in the corner of every room scare the sh*t out of me, but who isn't scared of something that looks like it crawled out of hell just to climb onto bed face, savouring the moment you wake up and see itsterrifying beautiful face.
Are you more likely to avoid conflict or engage it head-on?
I'd rather avoid conflict (Charisma - 10) but if I have to or my friends are threatened then I'll go head-on. Or if my stealth skill is as high as my sister would have me believe when I walk into the room and she doesn't notice till I say hello and she has seven heart attacks I'd Skyrim it.
What was the most recent compliment you’ve received and savoured?
"You don't actually look as scary as I'd thought in a dress, pink tutu and fairy wings." Long Story.
What is something about yourself that you hope will change, but probably never will?
There is a joke in every sentence ever, of all time. No exceptions.
Are you a creature of habit? Explain.
Yes and no. In real life I do whatever my gut tells me to. Literally, if it says "eat the entire pantry" then that's $30 wasted on the first day. On the computer I have a routine in what I do when I turn it on.
Are you high maintenance? Explain.
Around family I just like to say hi, talk about what's happened and go back to my book. Around friends, people i know but don't or that special somebody I like to think I'm the same, but everything I do I subconsciously do to get attention.
When was the last time you really pushed yourself to your physical limits?
Last Tuesday I played soccer for the first time in months where I was pretty much the one-man defense against some people who are pretty good at soccer and managed to stop every single goal. Except two. Maybe three. No more than four.
Do you have a whole lot of acquaintances or just a few very close friends? Why?
I really just have a few very close friends, but I know a lot of people who are just acquaintances that I meat around town.
Are you more inclined to “build your own empire” or unleash the potential of others?
I love to build up these huge empires, cities and universes in video games, but I absolutely suck at micromanagement. I'd probably be in charge of a single army, legion or battalion in the army, or some sort of minor leader in charge of the management of a small sector.
What’s a strange thing that happens to you but you have never (or rarely) shared with anyone?
Well that'd defeat the purpose to tell you, wouldn't it?
Fine.
I had surgery at a young age to cut out my big toe nail because i suffered from chronic ingrown toenails and I now have no sense of balance, so me falling over isn't uncommon.
What do you think about more than anything else?
What I'm going to do in the future.
Or why the video game's I've pre-ordered were worth the pre-order.
What’s something that amazes you?
There is a nebula made out of beer and a galaxy shaped like a sombrero. Space is f*cking weird and amazing!
Do you prefer that people shoot straight with you or temper their words? Why?
I prefer people who shoot straight because I'd rather hear "Honestly, you look like crap," than "You look better than that one time!" Although, I prefer overall to have my friend group be made out of an even amount of each type.
Where’s your favourite place to take an out-of-town guest
If it's show season (Late January to the Easter Weekend) then I'll take them to whichever show's on.
If not, then I'll take them to the local park or walk around Moss Vale (The closest town with a high school)
What’s one thing you’d rather pay someone to do than do yourself? Why?
Nothing, but at the same time trivial things like cooking, cleaning and shopping for groceries.
Do you have a catchphrase?
YouTube video: MK6jZhLoBj4[/youtube]
(Minor Spoilers for Red vs Blue Season 1-3)
How and where do you prefer to study?
I prefer to study by youtubing 'Homework Music' and clicking on a video that's a few hours long then doing whatever I have to do on my computer desk next to my glass of milk or coke that I always have.
What position do you sleep in?
A comfortable one involving both ears off the pillow.
What’s your all-time favourite town or city? Why?
Athens, Greece because it has so much history and culture, and I love Ancient Greek Mythology. Second is Rome for the same reason and Third is Robertson (where I live) because I love the weather.
What are the top three qualities that draw you to someone new?
How has your birth order/characteristics of siblings affected you?
I got new stuff first and didn't have to deal with hand-me-downs, but I had to be a teacher and show my younger siblings how to do things like YouTube (Worst thing I've ever done), read music and algebra. This was a mixed experience.
If you could eliminate one weakness or limitation in your life, what would it be?
Puberty
If you had to change your first name, what would you change it to?
Either Cameron because I know 17 Camerons and it's hilarious when they're in a room together or Chris because I love Crispy Bacon.
Do you believe ignorance is bliss? Why or why not?
I think that ignorance can be bliss for some people, but if they know they are ignorant, they aren't blissful anymore. If you know about the seven murders that occurred on your block you'll be less happy than if you just thought some people were on holiday.
What do you consider unforgivable?
Beating, bullying or handicapping someone because of gender, race or health issues they have.
Avada Kedavra
Rape, First Degree Murder and Pedophilia.
Have you forgiven yourself for past personal failures? Why or why not?
Yes, but nowhere near as many as I haven't forgiven because somethings were failures and bad, but I made up for them or they pale in comparison to other things I've done.
How difficult is it for you to forgive someone who refuses to apologize?
At the same time easy because it probably wasn't they're fault but incredibly difficult because they won't say one word.
Do you hold any convictions that you would be willing to die for?
Definitely
To what extent do you trust people? Explain.
In the Percy Jackson universe it would be my fatal flaw. I trust people I know enough that if I ask them about something they'll answer truthfully, even if I know they hate me and will probably not answer or lie.
In what area of your life are you immature?
Everywhere except serious things.
How difficult is it for you to be honest, even when your words may be hurtful or unpopular?
Depending on the person, usually not that difficult, but sometimes I pause to choose my words carefully to spare a sharp pain in the groin region that'll last a few days.
When did you immediately click with someone you just met? Why? What was the long term result? Conversely, are you close with anyone now that you really disliked at first?
My best friends because I met them halfway through primary school and asked if they knew about video games. Just so happens these were the nerds of the school who live for video games.
I originally hated almost everyone in my soccer team during early high school, but now we're almost as tight as my 'nerd' friends.
When do you find yourself singing?
A better question is when don't I find myself singing. If you count humming the tune or saying 'da dum da dee da do' in the tune as singing then I only don't sing when I shouldn't talk at all.
*Yanks - Aderogatory negative very positive term we Australians use to describe all you fat rednecks wonderful Americans.
I'm @Terrorloc or J'maaq, depending on what you want to call me.
