Where the f@#k is Elsy?! 10/26 (Semi-Weekly Geocaching Contest)

For those of you who aren't familiar with Geocaching, essentially, I'll leave you clues and a screenshot of any place in-game in the non-vet AD areas, and you must find said place, then take a screenshot and post it. The first one to post the screenshot of their character in the correct place wins RP clothing!

Rules:

• You MUST be the first to post a reply to get a prize.
• You MUST post a screenshot of your character in the same place.
• It is not necessary to post the name of the place as long as you upload the screenshot.
• No more hints than already made available will be posted.
• You can work together, but I will only be giving enough prizes for one person (usually).
• If no one posts a screenshot of their character in the correct place after one week, the thread will close and a new location will be posted.
  

Prize: 3-5 pieces of RP clothing, one of which will be rare crafted styles (glass, xivkyn, or dwemer) on occasion.
