Reason in Dominion: Forced from home in Cyrodiil because war. Grew up in Auridon.

Personality: Helvius is an observer, he waits for the right time before taking action in just about everything. Enjoys the company of people but can have noticeable mood swings. He is very lawful and does not approve of acts of murder and thievery. Hard working at tasks given to him. He thinks about others before himself. Loves animals and he wishes to learn new skills and expand his knowledge of the world.
Background: Helvius grew up in an Imperial household in Bravil as an only child with both his parents. He was homeschooled by his mother. In the first year of the Alliance War, he and his family were evacuated from his home by Aldmeri soldiers before a raid hit. Saving their lives, the soldiers escorted the family (as well as other families) across the borders into Valenwood. Determined to find a fresh start, the Blackwell family headed towards Woodhearth to catch a ship to Auridon.
On their travels southwest, his mother came down with a very bad sickness, so bad his father would not let him see his mother. She passed away and this took a toll on his father. He started drinking all too often and this became his downfall. The father-son duo made it across the Abecean Sea. Arriving in Skywatch, they head deeper into the island to find a peaceful town to start a new. After setting up camp for a night, a group of bandits hit the family camp, and too intoxicated to help, his father lost his life. Helvius ran into the forest during the attack.
So Helvius Blackwell, now orphaned by the age of 16 was accepted into an Altmer home who he worked for. They did not trust the boy at first knowing he was an Imperial but grew to love him. Over 3 years of living with this family Helvius decided to leave and make something of himself. He left the family without saying anything and headed back across the Abecean Sea.
Hel decided to join the Dominion Forces in Woodhearth where he would learn Archery. He was accepted as a scout and was sent on a mission for investigate a nearby bandit camp. There, he was caught and attacked by the bandits sending him back to Woodhearth as a warning. Leaving the now visible scar on his face. Over the next few years, he became an expert with a bow and wanted to help the troops that saved his life years ago.
Headed to Cyrodiil to join up with the military, Helvius was caught by surprise by a group of thieves leaving him with only what he had on his person. Money, His bow and quiver, his under armor outfit. He found a caravan traveling through and decided to travel with them.
